The Space:

You hear laughter drift from the billiard lounge while the scent of a nearby grill mingles with fresh Florida air. Throughout the day the home shifts with your rhythm—quiet mornings on the balcony, lively afternoons by the pool, and relaxed evenings gathered in themed rooms. By night the soft glow of indoor‑outdoor lighting creates a calm backdrop for conversation and rest.
Sleeping arrangements
- Bedroom 1 (downstairs) – king bed, Santorini‑themed, shared bathroom
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) – king bed with ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs) – queen bed with ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs) – two full beds with ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 5 (upstairs) – queen bed with ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 6 (upstairs) – bunk bed (twin over full) plus a full trundle, ensuite bathroom
The home comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests across these six bedrooms, with linens and essentials provided for each bed.
Bathrooms
Six bathrooms serve the group, several of which are ensuite, offering privacy and convenience. Essentials are stocked for each stay.
Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances flows into indoor and outdoor dining areas. A spacious dining table accommodates family meals, while the outdoor grill adds a casual option for al fresco cooking.
Living spaces
Two large living areas provide ample room for gathering, watching movies, or simply unwinding. The converted garage houses a billiard lounge, perfect for friendly competition. Air conditioning and heating run throughout, ensuring comfort in any season.
Outdoor living
Step outside to a sparkling pool with optional heating, surrounded by loungers and seating for sun‑soaked relaxation. A hot tub offers a soothing retreat after a day of adventure.
Location & access
Nestled within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, the property features a private entrance with self check‑in via smart lock. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking are available. Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace support both leisure and longer stays of up to 28 days.
Perfect for families and groups, this spacious retreat blends themed rooms, shared amenities, and a central Florida vibe, giving you a comfortable base to explore the area or simply enjoy quality time together.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:
-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;
-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;
-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;
-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;
-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;
-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;
-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.
IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.
Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The Neighborhood:
Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
