Getting into the gated neighborhood was a nightmare with slow to no response from the host. We were told we would be able to access the amenities in the neighborhood before 4, but it took us 2 1/2 hours to successfully enter the gated community. We tried calling multiple times and were never able to get the host on the phone. Once we got through the gate at 4, the house was still being cleaned and we were turned away. The house is WORN out, half of the amenities in the house do not work and host did not care to respond except to say "sorry for the inconvenience" when asked about broken amenities. We were a multigenerational very laid back family and we picked this house because of the game room and movie room, neither were used because the tvs, xbox, air hockey table, and foosball table were all broken. House was relatively clean with plenty of towels and paper products. The items in the kitchen were kind of rough with scratched up teflon pans and shredded plastic utensils to cook with. The fridge leaked twice and we were told maintenance would come to check on things, but never did. Most of the remote controls in the house are missing the battery covers or are broken, which was very concerning with small children running around. Fine to lay your head and plenty of space but extremely disappointing to miss out on the many items that convinced us to book this property.
