POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.

The house was in rough shape. Dirty carpets. Lots of marks on the walls and doors. The kitchen had the bare minimum of utensils so if your looking to cook their bring your own. Barely any towels as well so bring your own. The location was great. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. Just needs some tlc.
The house is nice and the pictures are accurate. The only issue I had was that the weatherstripping under the front door was gone so there isma bug issue. I notified the management company so hopefully they will fix the weatherstripping and get a bug service in there.
Biggest Mistake. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. Still have not been reached out for compensation.
Where do I begin? A week before check in I asked if my family & I could check in a little early since our plane would arrive around 11 am. I was told that there would be a family checking out the same day so the cleaning crew would need to clean & if they finish early we would be able to check in after. I was fine with that. I called after we blew time about 2 hours before check in to see if they were done and was told they would check & call right back. I waited over an hour, no call so called again. Received a text that it would not be done. We slept in the parking lot, didn’t get upset because believed we’d be coming in to a clean property. We were so wrong. Upon arrival: Nothing listed that’s provided was provided. No hand soap, no cloths to wash dishes, no trash bags, no dust pan for the broom, no vacuum for carpets, nothing. So the milk and honey hand soap that I BOUGHT cheap from target to place in all 4 bathrooms was complimentary from me (you all are welcome) as well as the detergent I didn’t have to use and the dishcloths to wash the dishes. 3 hours after we arrived somebody from Columbia management brought 2 rolls of toilet paper and a sample size dish soap & 2 trash bags for our week long stay. So I bought our own trash bags as well. Moving on to the property: Stains on the carpet in downstairs bedroom, dirty glass cups with fingerprints, marks on toilet seats, oven display broken and also takes forever to heat food, ice machine on fridge will spill ice on floor and down shelves, grill outside is rusted and nasty, marks on the walls, toaster oven plate is rusted & nasty. We bought disinfecting wipes to wipe surfaces and they were black after use. Upstairs: furniture scratched and stained, remote missing for loft area tv, legs on couch broken, water in the bathroom tub smells horrid, toilet paper holder in connecting bathroom is broken, and last but not least there is thick mold and dust in upstairs master bathroom and the bathroom with tub. The fan provided is broken as well as the playpen and the smoke detector is dangling by wires. The resort: if you’re staying over the weekend expect to sit in the line to turn into the resort for over an HOUR MINIMUM. The traffic caused several crashes behind us. Also, trash is supposed to be picked up everyday but they did not pick up over the weekend so the trash bin was overflowing & roaches were piling up into the bin which is placed right next to the front door. I could go on but out of space.
