Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

You can step outside to the pool area for a quiet start to the day or settle into one of the living areas designed for gathering and unwinding between Orlando Area outings. With space for families and groups, the home offers a relaxed setting where mornings feel unhurried and evenings settle into calm.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. The king master suite features its own bath with a soaking tub, separate shower, and direct access to the pool. A second bedroom includes another king bed, the Harry Potter themed room offers 2 twin beds, and a fourth bedroom provides a queen bed. Each bedroom includes a smart TV and ceiling fan, along with clothing storage and bed linens for comfort.

Outdoor living
The private backyard includes an oversized pool, with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area. A BBQ grill sits on the patio for simple, relaxed meals. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Guests also have lake access via a nearby path or dock. Free parking on premises and free street parking are available.

Indoor amenities
The family room offers a smart TV, ceiling fan, and direct access to the pool area. A fully equipped kitchen provides space to prepare meals with a dining table for shared gatherings. The air-conditioned game room includes arcade games, a pool table, foosball table, board games, exercise equipment, and additional entertainment options. Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work. The single level layout and private entrance make movement through the home easy.

Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans provide comfort year-round. Exterior security cameras are present at the front and back of the home and do not face indoors. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are provided.
