Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The space
Open-plan living areas give a group of ten room to breathe - whether everyone gathers together or spreads across the home, it never feels crowded. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep every room comfortable year-round, and fast Wi-Fi at 287 Mbps handles streaming, video calls, and everything in between without a second thought. A dedicated workspace in a common area is there for anyone who needs it.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep the group comfortably. Two king master suites each feature a private ensuite bathroom, smart TV, ceiling fan, and storage - one opens directly onto the pool area. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth is a themed room with two single beds. A queen sofa bed in the family room rounds out the sleeping options. A crib, Pack 'n Play/travel crib, and standalone high chair are kept on-site for younger guests.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for real cooking. A GE refrigerator, Samsung stainless steel electric stove, single oven, and dishwasher give you everything needed to handle meals for a crowd. A drip coffee maker and Keurig machine take care of mornings, and a dining table brings the whole group together at mealtimes.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the group with a mix of bathtub and shower options. Bathroom essentials, hair dryer, and shower gel are provided, and one master bathroom includes a bidet.

Entertainment & family features
The air-conditioned game room is stocked with arcade games, a pool table, life size games, and a large TV - the kind of space that keeps everyone entertained long after the parks close. A separate children's playroom is filled with toys, books, and board games for ages 0 through 10 and beyond. Smart TVs throughout the home are set up with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, and standard cable. Exercise equipment is also available on-site.

Outdoor living
The screened private pool and spa are open year-round, 24 hours a day - pool and spa heating is available for an extra fee. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a private BBQ grill make the patio a natural place to unwind. A private backyard and lake access give the group extra space to roam.

Location & community
Free resort access comes with the stay - a shared gym, sports courts, an outdoor playground, and a fishing lake are all available when you want a change of scenery without leaving the community. The home is pet-friendly and welcomes long-term stays. Self check-in is handled via smart lock, and free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with street parking also nearby. Housekeeping can be arranged for an extra cost. Exterior security cameras are in place at the front and back of the property - none cover any interior spaces. Breakfast is provided.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
