This property did not meet the standard we’ve come to expect from our VRBO stays. Overall, it appears to be poorly maintained. Several blinds were missing, leaving us without privacy, and there were not enough towels provided for the number of beds. There were also no pool towels available. Much of the furniture felt loose and in need of tightening, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The king-sized bed, in particular, was extremely firm to the point that we chose to sleep in the twin beds instead, with our kids using the couches.The biggest disappointment was the pool. While management did refund the pool heating fee due to the spa not working, it significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the space. On the days we weren’t at the parks, we spent a considerable amount of time communicating with management trying to resolve the issues.Additionally, the pool water was extremely cloudy and in poor condition—to the point that the stairs were not visible. This created a safety concern, and my 70-year-old father unfortunately twisted his knee getting in because he couldn’t see where the depth changed.
