2023 Family Vacation Gone Wrong
I booked this house based off the pictures and reviews stating that this house was a good house for a family vacation. Well…let’s just say we were definitely disappointed.
First, I tried to get early check-in (yes, we knew there was a fee) but I was told to contact three days before arriving. I did that and no one contacted me back. We arrive to the house and there were so many things wrong…the house was dirty, trash in the trash bin at the front door from the previous renters. The dryer didn’t work and a part of the ceiling is falling down upstairs. There were holes in the wall in the Toy Story theme room. Also the furniture is very worn.
So now it’s time to lay down after traveling all day and I pull the covers back in one of the rooms upstairs and there are little bugs that looked like ants and spiders crawling all on the sheets. All other bedrooms was fine but at this point all those rooms were occupied and I never had a decent night of rest due to not having a bed. I called the customer service line and sent emails about five different times to get no help. Then found the same small bugs crawling on the kitchen counter. Then the morning we were leaving, I assume an animal had gotten a hold of the trash because the bags were torn open and trash was everywhere. Well, if the trash is picked up everyday then I’m sure this would’ve never happen.
