This property has potential. However, it has a lot of wear and tear. The screen for the pool is broke, the backs to remotes were missing or didn't work at all, the knives were so dull that my mom got blisters on her hand from cutting a lemon, and trash was all over the front step every morning because they don't have a trash bin (like most properties), like a critter rummaged through it. I asked numerous times for a heated pool/hot tub and never received the form for it. The communication was decent until we confirmed we were in the property and then no response. The toilet in my 80 year old grandma's bathroom ok the first floor wasnt working and I reached out multiple times and didn’t get a response. I contacted VRBO customer service and they called the host, but said the number was unavailable so I don't know what that was about. The toilet never got fixed. Again, it's a decent house, but the communication and maintenance would have enchanced the experience.

Disappointed

We were really disappointed with our stay. Communication with the host was poor, and several major amenities were not working. The pool and jacuzzi were both out of order for almost the entire trip, and the pool was only fixed on our last day—too late to enjoy it. The kids didn’t use the pool as often as they would because of this. Thank goodness for the community pool! There were ants on the bed and floor, which we traced back to trash left under the bed that hadn’t been cleaned. Causing a family to sleep on the couch. The ice machine didn’t work either, which added to the inconvenience. Oh and there was food left in the refrigerator from previous guest. This property has potential, but it was not properly maintained, and the experience did not match what was advertised. I hope future guests have a better experience.

Die Größe und Lage sind perfekt.Aber die Einrichtung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Fehlendes Geschirr, defekte Lampen, Kleiderhaken, lose Kabel an der Decke.Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.
