Beautiful rental house

Everything was lovely except we requested for heating of pool and pool nor hot jacuzzi never heated . Weather was accommodating too, it wasn’t as cold as weather predictions. The age group in my house were older 65 plus 3 of my guests older than I ; our future rentals has to be one level house or an house with an elevator or multiple bedrooms on first. Overall great rental house .
