This is a self-catering vacation home. To help guests settle in comfortably, we provide a starter set of supplies, including:

Washcloths are considered personal and disposable items, so guests are encouraged to bring their own.

Bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels will be provided according to the number of guests staying at the property.

Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

🔥 Pool Heating Important Information

-$35 per day
-Minimum of 2 consecutive days
-Maximum temperature is 95°F
-Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
-The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi and does not have jets
-The spa can only be heated when the entire pool is heated
-The pool and spa will have the same temperature
-The pool heater operates through a heat exchange system
-The heater may not work efficiently during cold weather
-If cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime during cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary automatic shutdown until the pump can regain efficient functionality.

Pool heating is optional and may not be available at certain times due to weather or equipment conditions.

Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply if house rules are violated, damages occur, the owner needs to repair something due to guest actions, or excessive cleaning is required after check-out.
