Wonderful Condo

We had a great time at this condo and really enjoyed having 4 bedrooms so everyone could have their space! The host was responsive and accommodating! It was farther away from Disney then we expected, a good half hour without traffic. One suggestion would be to supply two rolls of TP for each bathroom or else advise people to bring some as many people come straight from the airport and we ran out on the last day.

Florida vacation to escape the winter!

The property was very clean and nice. Nice location, new appliances and really nice amenities on the property! Juan our host checked in a couple of times to see how things were and if we needed anything! I would definitely recommend this !

Nice condo

The condo was very clean and nice however when we got there the fridge was not working and wasn't able to be fixed the entire time we were there which cost me a lot more money then I wanted to spend eating out for all the time. The only other thing was a lizard came out of the overflow in the shower scared me to to the point of falling in the shower. The owner did refund 1 night stay and the original amount of groceries we bought before knowing the fridge was not good. The location wasn't bad and the owner is quick to answer

Okay place but charges for everything

Cozy nice place. Very clean and complete amenities. Upstairs master bedroom bed too hard so we use the room downstairs. Children founded cozy. I expected more exclusive atmosphere because of price, but i notice anybody can be there. Many uncomfortable guests at pool. Lazy river is small and pool thought would be bigger. Too pricy, many rules in resort, charges for anything. Be aware you will pay additional for insurance at property , resort fees, plus the property rent fee. Again, extremely too pricy for everything and many rules from owner and resort. For that money, i expected more quality. Will not go there again.

Property is top notch. Service not much.

Contacted property agent upon arrival to inform him there was no hair dryer in house. He responded that maintenance would bring one the following day. No show. Contacted again. Apology. Would be there before the end of next day. No show. Contacted again and was told an order was placed for a mounted hair dryer to prevent future theft. Never arrived. 3 women and 2 girls using the pool daily without a hair dryer may sound trivial but was a significant inconvenience and had a negative impact on our experience. Providing an inexpensive hair dryer from Walmart or an offer to reimburse if we purchased one would have been a simple fix. Leaving us hanging was not. By the way, the property has an ironing board but no iron.

Nice basic property

This home was quite comfortable In a nice little resort. There were a few glitches, but they were attended to immediately. The home felt like possibly a newer rental, partially remodeled, very basically stocked and furnished. I feel I could be even nicer when it’s polished a bit and with a few more niceties added: games, throw blankets, extra bedding available… Only 2 issues that persisted - a leaky fridge we had to keep an eye on, and some ants in the kitchen. Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable and we appreciated the super quick responses to our messages and issues.

Spring Break 22

This property was as advertised. The inside was very modern and clean, all of the appliances worked. There were four bedrooms, all except one had queen size beds in them. The other had a set of twin beds. The the kitchen was fully stocked with usable dishes. The only downside to staying here was the trip to Seaworld and the theme parks. It shows to be only 30 minutes away but with the Orlando traffic, it took at least an hour and 15 minutes one way.

Excellent place to stay!

Very clean and comfortable! Convenient location. Pool complex is amazing! Beautiful decor in the villa. We had a couple very minor things pop up and the owner was very responsive and took care of it immediately (thank you!). I’d maybe recommend getting a softer (and bigger) bed in the upstairs master bedroom - the queen bed was very firm (but maybe some people want that). It would also be nice it that was a king sized bed. Overall, a wonderful place to stay! Thank you so much for your hospitality!
