Bed bugs
It was infested with bed bugs and we were not able to find another house last minute because they were all booked. The owner is not replying about refunding my money anymore and blaming it on the cleaning company.

Don’t rent this property.
Was supposed to rent this property July 4-6. No communication from owner up to July 3rd about house code or property address and property rules. Had to reach out the night before to ask for the house code. They seemed sketchy on the phone. The day I was supposed to check in I got a VRBO inbox notification that the host was cancelling my rental as their Air conditioner was broke. When I drove by the house I saw a suv in the driveway. I knocked on the door but no one answered. It was the 4th of July and everything was booked up. We had to book an expensive hotel at Disney due to the hosts poor communication. My 2 yr old cracked his tooth on the hotel end table as we were cramped in a small hotel room with 5 people instead of a house with 5 bed rooms. Now he needs dental surgery. I will not be recommending these hosts to anyone. I’ve stayed at Emerald Island 10 times and these were the worst people to deal with.
