*** WELCOME TO OUR SPECIAL EXECUTIVE 6 BED 4 BATH VILLA WHICH HAS BEEN REMODELED AND UPGRADED TO A HIGH STANDARD ***

Thank you for taking the time to view our new family home.
The villa is located near Disney and sleeps up to 16 guests, it has a total of 6 bedrooms but 4 have US King size beds, 3 of them are master suites with en-suite bathrooms, a private southwest facing 30 ft pool, spa, gardens, games room, 55' LED TV in the living room, 42' LED TV'S in the King master bedrooms and 32' LED TV'S in all the other bedrooms, free FOIS Wifi, premium cable TV package and many more extra's. This is just a few of the amenities you get in the villa.

*** WE ARE NOW TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR 2024 and 2025 ***

We have upgraded the villa and had new granite tops installed in the kitchen and also had granite but on the breakfast bar. We have bought a new stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwave, range cooker and dishwasher which make a real difference to the open plan kitchen.
We have also had granite put in the downstairs master bathroom 2.
The games room has been re-carpeted and we have added a new pool table.
The master bedrooms 1 and 2 have also been re-carpeted and painted.
Having been upgraded to a high standard we have added a new large leather corner shaped sofa in the living room, new leather bar stools at the breakfast bar, a dark wooden table and leather chairs in the dining room, new modern wall art in most rooms and area's of the villa, the bedrooms have had new furniture, beds, luxury pillow top mattresses, comforters and egyption 1000 thread count linens on all beds.

Around the pool are luxury sunbeds and pads, reclining chairs and foot stools, tables and chairs.

'Sunset Villa' is luxury and certainly offers you the very best in quality whilst here on your vacation.

This magnificent 6 bed, 4 bath villa is located only 15 minutes from Disney and 25/30 minutes from all the other Orlando attractions including restaurants and shops.

The house sleeps up to 16 guests and is perfect for large and multiple families or groups of friends who want to come and enjoy the fabulous facilities and attractions that Florida have to offer.
The villa is situated on a large corner lot and is very spacious with 3300 sq ft of living space inside.
The house is very impressive, it has a long 95ft driveway to the front so you will have no problems with parking vehicles.

There is a large open plan living room which has a leather corner sofa, 55' LED TV and DVD player, premium cable TV with an exclusive package which includes all movies and sports channels and doors onto the pool deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all crockery, glasses for both inside and outside, cooking utensils, pots and pans.

There are 2 large master bedrooms on the ground floor and upstairs you will find a further 4 large spacious bedrooms, one of which is a mastersuite.

The bedroom layout is as follows.

Master Bedroom 1 - US King size bed - Master suite, 42' LED TV.
Master Bedroom 2 - US King size bed - Master suite, 42' LED TV.
Master Bedroom 3 - US King size bed - Master suite, 32' LED TV.
Bedroom 4 - US King size bed - 32' LED TV.
Bedroom 5 - Family bedroom, two US Queen size beds, 32' LED TV - sleeps 4.
Bedroom 6 - Disney bedroom, two double bunk beds, Disney bedding and comforters, wall art and rug, 32' LED TV, sleeps 4.

The large pool faces south-west so it has the sun on it 365 days of the year. There is a separate in ground spa.
The decking within the screening is 55 ft x 25 ft, so no matter how many guests are at the house, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. On the decking we have put luxury sunbeds with pads, reclining chairs with foot stools, table and chairs. There is an additional second pool decking area that is 24ft x 18ft in the garden/yard that is outside the screening area.

The back yard is no longer fenced as it was damaged in a storm.

There is a games room that has in it a pool table and two large sofas.

The villa has free high speed FOIS wifi so you can use your devices within the villa or on the pool decking.
We also provide free of charge, high chairs and cribs/cots for you to use if you need them.

We are the owners of this house and we have been since it was built. We have tried to make 'Sunset Villa' that perfect vacation destination for you, your family and friends. We look forward to speaking with you all very soon.

We do have several other Disney Orlando Villas if you need more than one vacation home. We do have another 6 bedroom villa that is directly opposite this one and they are side by side.

This home definitely needs a deep clean. There were areas with a lot of dust collected such as over the stove area, the night stands, and blinds. There were a few things that should have been clean for us checking in but weren't. In the kitchen, there isn't enough silverware to accomodate and nothing really to bake on.

Let me tell you what "Dee's Vacation Homes" have with this one. They have a beautiful house, that needs critical maintenance and they have a "Management Office" that just doesn't work and doesn't care about their customers.Rented this house for a family gathering after my wedding.Got to the house, the central A/C unit was not working. They charged me extra for pool heating that also did not work. Contacted the "management office" (it's 2 people) and they were "on vacation in the Caribbean". The actual owner of the house is in the UK (he can't help). These folks really just didn't seem to care as they knew about the A/C having issues before I got there. They are pretty good at answering and communicating when it's time to take your money though. Oh, and the house also has water leaks. Crazy. It's a shame as it's a beautiful house. But anyways. Hear me out, save your money and put it somewhere else.

This home is big, it was clean but needs a few touch ups. There are no local or premium channels. No cable TV, just streaming. The drains in the bathrooms are clogged, the washer in spin cycle makes it look like the washer will explode, no batteries in the majority of the remotes, pool is not bad but can be better, game room pool table will fall apart in any moment. The thermostat is locked to 72 so upstairs bedroom's are hot hot hot temperatures around 78 not comfortable at all, had 4 family members leave after 4 days out of 10 days.

If I could give negative stars I would this house has roaches, soiled linen upon our arrival, The jacuzzi was dirty, some the pool floats had mold, The furniture was ild worn and raggedy, The house was very hot, and you cannot adjust the temperature. The shower had mold on the tiles, This home is falsely advertised and that is why trey beat the other prices to get people locked i . The photos are outdated because some of the future has been changed supposedly updated but appears to be old and some not sturdy. There was visible water damage in the garage area/ game room, where you can see that there was mold that was painted over. The home has potential to be nice if the owner actually put money into the property. Also you are charged a cleaning fee, however you have to strip the beds and do the laundry prior to check out. When we checked into the home it looks like whatever the previous guest straightened up is what we came into, because the hime was anything but clean. The sheets on the bed were wrinkled as if the linen wasn’t fresh and the bed had been laid in also. I wish I could post photos. I will never book in this site again because I know that this property has had many of the same complaints yet they still allow the host to kist this property, which is unacceptable!! negativity zero stars if I could!!!

Poor property management and poor communication

There are screens missing poor lighting in every room. The bedrooms only operate off lamps and the wall switches do not work. Holes in the screen around the pool area. The pool wasn't clean when we got there. The bathroom wasn't clean. Soap build up and mold in the shower. Toilet bowl not clean. We drove over 9 hours and got there before the cleaning person left. I still had to clean the bathroom before qe could sit down from the trip or take a bath. The property manager isn't good with communication so good luck with her. Cigarette butts all over the ground. The grill was never picked up from the last family that stayed so I am pretty sure it belong to them and they are charging people like it is an outside service providing it like the host told me. Water leak stains are on multiple spots of the ceilings. It is a beautiful home but not worth the pay when they are not going to clean it good and when the host is going to ignore me when i have a problem and when the property manager says that my problems are not problems and lies about what she says when you question it. I don't know how to upload from my digital camera but I wish I could because the host and property manager refused to take a look at them. Sorry for misspelled words. I am at work.

The home was hot not fully equipped like listed had to have someone come out for the pool wasn’t running right paid 85 to have a grill and they brought a cheap grill with propane tank half full it is a 6 bedroom 4 bath house and not even enough towels for bathing and the pool the home was not very clean But Dee was very responsive with any issues that we had the beds were comfortable the area was nice but I would not stay here again the experience wasn’t very pleasant

Family vacation

This was perfect for our family. We brought our adult children and their families along with our teenagers. This house gave the perfect sleeping set up along with each family having their own bathrooms so we were never waiting on someone else to get ready. It was an easy drive to the Disney parks and located near plenty of shopping/gas stations/restaurants so everything you need was close by. The only problem we had was getting the TV to work and they came to the house very quickly to take care of it. Wonderful trip, wonderful stay.

Although this was an overall clean home there were cockroaches seen in 2 bathrooms, the pool with scum around it so we didn’t feel comfortable using it, pots were old, limited tissue for bathrooms, patio furniture very stained, refrigerator door handle broken, air conditioning limited in game room, no dish liquid, and most tvs did not work. Will not be booking again!

Great House! Great Vacation!

Extended family and I stayed here a week over spring break. We had plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. We spent most of our time using the pool and hot tub and really enjoyed that space. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay at this property again. Would recommend!!!

DO NOT STAY!!!!! Please read

This home is not worth the money and the online description of “Luxury” is completely inaccurate!!!! We looked at the reviews prior to booking saying there were updates in the last several years but we did not see any evidence those updates. The home is not clean, there was mold in several bathrooms, the pool area and the AC vent. Very dirty and dusty overall and there were ants in several rooms of the house as well. There were no pool towels, no dish soap or cleaning supplies to wipe down the kitchen, and only one extra garbage bag-for a house that can hold 16 guest this isn’t nearly enough. The Hot Tub does not get hotter than the pool so it’s more like a spa and not a hot tub. We contacted the manager Dee about the issues and she said they get a lot of complaints about the hot tub not being hot but really could not do anything about it. She did has pest control come out two days later to spray. Overall it is not an accurate VRBO listing and would not recommend to anyone.

mold in one shower, property was not ready for us, breaker was turned off and no air conditioning upon arrival, refrigerator was open/hot and handle was broken, pool heat (we paid for) was not turned on, torn pool screens, nothing was ready for us, property manager said there was a mix-up and she wasn't notified we were arriving; NO INTERNET; property manager worked with us but nothing helped; by Thursday tech came out and advised router needed replacing; so we had internet for only one day; just one more issue that should have been fixed before we got there; game room was hot and smelled bad; tiny ants everywhere including in one bed and on toilet seats/in bathtub; washer was so off-blanace it was hard to do clothes; with all these problems we never asked for compensation and none was offered; owner and property manager were nice; property was ok for half the price we paid; first time with vrbo, probably won't use again due to this stay

Beautiful home in great location

Loved our stay. Pictures don't do this home justice. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of little touches harm are this place feel like home. Kids loved the pool and game room. Beds were so comfortable.

Family Vacation with dog

Overall we loved this house. Inside was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The property manager was helpful when I called her. Nice spacious layout for everyone to get some space. Game room was nice. The furniture was lovely and comfortable. The only main issues we saw could have been from the previous tenants which is not the owners fault at all. We were told they did not leave on time. And it was all outside, not to do with the house. Half of the sun loungers were broken. There was busted water balloons all around the pool and some in the driveway. Multiple used “bunch O balloon” sticks around the outdoor faucet. The mesh around the pool had multiple holes. I found most, but unfortunately my dog did find one I missed and got out. So anyone traveling with pets or young children, beware that the patio is not fully secure. I did find it odd that they asked us to wash the towels and put the bedding on before we leave to help the house keepers, but they did not provide any laundry detergent. There was also no dish or dishwasher soap. The only thing provide was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a small mini hotel soap in the bathrooms. So be prepared. Personally I feel that if they want us to wash the towels and bedding they should provide at minimum 2 laundry pods. If we were to go that way for vacation again we would not be against using this location again, but we would be more prepared.

Family vacation

Our stay was top notch. The property was as described. Very clean. Everyone in our family had a comfortable spot to sleep and plenty of room to play. If you have little children, beware that there is no gate to block off the pool, however the locked patio door is helpful. We stayed at the end of March and did not require pool heat. We were extremely happy with our stay!
