Our stay was incredibly disappointing due to a total lack of maintenance and abysmal communication. The only way of communicating was via VRBO chat which felt like an unhelpful chatbot, they provided inconsistent pricing for pool heating and requested payment via Zelle (?!?) which felt unprofessional.The home is in a state of neglect. We found broken glass by the pool and, most alarmingly, several electrical outlets were missing faceplates or had broken covers, posing a serious safety risk. The furniture is falling apart, and wall decor is peeling off. The freezer was also broken upon arrival; while a tech confirmed it quickly, it took 8 hours for a repair team to actually fix the coolant levels. And every single one of the beds squeaked terribly or seemed unstable in one way or another. (One had screws missing and another had screws fall out during our stay.)The advertised game room was a disaster. Not one game was playable: the air hockey table wouldn’t turn on, the basketball hoop was damaged, and the foosball handles were falling off. And it's in the garage with no AC.Windsor has strict security, requiring all adult guests to be listed. Management repeatedly failed to update the guest list despite our requests, resulting in constant delays and headaches at the front gate.Between the safety hazards, the non-functional amenities, and the management's inability to handle basic logistics, I cannot recommend this property. It hasn't been properly maintained in years.
