This home was beautiful and very spacious. The only issue was the 1st master bedroom suite toilet clogged upon arrival but someone came to repair it the next morning (we arrived late). Also, the shower floors are slippery. If possible, mats may help prevent an accidental slip. Otherwise, we will definitely recommend this home to stay in.

Volleyball Nationals

The stay was great! Our kids were playing at the OCCC, the drive there was easy aside from some road construction. Only thing that would have been nice to have would have been local information like places to shop, groceries, local restaurants, etc. Pool area was great, kids loved the time out there.

Weekend Getaway

Loved the house! Plenty of room. Loved having a game room to unwind. Backyard area was really nice and spacious. If you want privacy though that might be an issue for you. Neighbors are VERY close. Would have used the pool alot more but it was not very clean. Pool guy came Saturday to clean it and i saw no difference. Communication with host was outstanding! Dryer didn't work but i notified the host. Great Location! Close to so much! Did find a necklace by the pool from previous guest so we just laid it in front of the TV. Hope it finds its way home.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful... it was very clean and well-stocked with essentials. The gated community was clean and felt safe. I let the property manager know one night that I noticed that the dryer didn't seem to be working (no complaints, as it wasn't a need for me and my daughter) and they sent someone over the very next day. It was a great stay and we will definitely look to this home first if we return to the area.

Nice house- cheap amenities

This is a beautiful home, in the perfect spot in champions gate community. My only complaint which is a semi scary one, is the interior access door to the garage shut and locked when we were inside looking at everything, fortunately the garage door could be opened and we could get out.

The home is exactly like the pictures. The house was very clean and the supplies were more the adequate with a few surprises. The towel were nice and plush although there was one one for the kitchen. The pots and pans although used look like brand new. The tfal pieces were nut scratched and beat up. Although the heated pool was not working that night they said it would be fixed am the next morning. Not sure when they got there but by 10 am we had bath water in the pool. For service the management company is excellent. We called in the morning about some towel bars ready to fall off the wall and a loose plug outlet by the pool. About half an hour a received a text and wanted to know if we wanted it fixed. I said yes. 20 minutes later a nice gentleman said he was there to fix the problems. He must have been standing on the corner of the street waiting for the call. The service and the management people are outstanding. It made our 3 weeks there fantastic. Thanks Len

Nice house but no privacy and horrible parking

The house was great. The pool also was nice but no privacy. The pools are side by side - no privacy fencing or shrubbery between neighbors. This is a neighborhood of short term rentals and the parking situation was terrible. Cars parked everywhere. And loud neighbors most of the time. Lots a small problems ( no kitchen towels, ants, water faucet didn’t work, etc) were resolved quickly by the host.

Beautiful place with a few hiccups

The home was beautiful but there were just a few things that should have been looked at before we arrived. The water in one bedroom was off so we had to fix that, sink was plugged so took apart and fixed that. Not sure how cleaners were able to clean with no water or sink plugged. Fans look like they were never dusted. Had wifi issues which were fixed in a day but not good at keeping us updated on what was happening. The chairs in the pool area were still broken as was in previous guest comments that would have been nice to have other than that. The home was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay just a few suggestions on maintenance and cleanliness Beautiful home

Great house - great location

We have been renting in Champions Gate for 10+ years - usually an 8 bedroom home as we typically fly kids and grandkids with us. This year we only needed a 4 bedroom home. This house met all our expectations. The Property Management group was great to deal with - answered all emails leading up to rental dates very quickly. The house was located very close to the Oasis Clubhouse where we spent a great deal of time. And unlike most houses in this area, the bbq grill was free of charge. The home was very clean upon our arrival. We would definitely recommend this home.
