My daughters LOVED the theme rooms, games, decor and house set-up. House was clean; but perhaps cleaning company could have room for improvement. Not sure if the house rental prior was a large party but some rooms were certainly better than others. Pool was heated; wouldn't say the warmest however given the cool temperatures it may have impacted. Hosts were super quick for communication; we had no issues with the gate/security.
