Beautiful South/East Facing Villa Ideal For Families And Close To Disney Parks

Our beautiful superior villa is situated on the gated community of 'The Sanctuary' on West Haven, within close proximity to Disney World.
West Haven is a beautifully manicured development popular with holiday renters due to the quiet serene surroundings.
Our luxurious villa boasts 4 bedrooms consisting of 1 Master, with huge en-suite, 2 walk-in wardrobes and balcony with breathtaking views of the conservation area. A further 2 good sized bedrooms with Queen beds and also a twin 'Winnie The Pooh' character room.
The villa has two downstairs open plan living rooms, luxury fitted kitchen, dining area, games room with a pool table, fuzzball and electronic double basketball net.
We have a wonderful south-east facing pool and spa which can be illuminated in the evening. The patio area is furnished with sun loungers, tables, chairs and a gas BBQ.
There also an outside restroom facility.

Beautiful home and everything was nice and clean. We had a great time staying here. My only wish is that there were more than 6 washcloths and more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We were asked to start the laundry but there is no detergent. Luckily my wife took some for what we needed to wash so we used it to start the loads before we left. Other than that this is one of the best places we have stayed.

We stayed in this wonderful home for 2 weeks in October 2025, the property was relaxing and spacious, we made good use of the pool area, BBQ and games room, Located within a short distance to champions gate and all Disney parks, The hosts are friendly and communication spot on, would recommend this property. Host intro was great. House was a nice size but was infested with bugs. All over kitchen in bathrooms and even on the kitchen table. Apparently it was known since they had multiple types of bug sprays and baits. Needs a professional. Also would have been nice to have starter supplies e.g paper towels and at least a laundry pod since they require you to start a load before you leave.

This was our second stay in this villa, our first visit being 10 years ago. The villa remains beautiful and we had a lovely stay here. We enjoyed all the villa had to offer, the games room and private pool being a favourite. The villa is well equipped and a home from home. The location is good for the Disney parks and close to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Wonder home, accurately listed. If I had one slightly negative thing it would the limited parking offered. The drive really is not big enough for two full sized vehicles. Aside from that it was a wonderful trip in a nice home.

Christmas Stay

We stayed in this villa for three weeks and would highly recommend. Very peaceful out by the pool as it backs onto a lake and has everything you need inside the villa for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Florida.

Fantastic Villa

After having stayed at a handful of villas in the Davenport/Four Corners area, we can safely say that we have found "the one". Pride of ownership is very evident, as this property was spotless. Everything was as it was in the pictures, or even nicer, as they had recently upgraded the flooring from what we could tell. Communication with the owner was swift and concise. Incredible range of kitchen utensils, flatware, drinkware, and appliances. Bedrooms were very comfortable with nice quality mattresses. Bathrooms were spotless. And the whole family loved the pool and gameroom areas. I don't think you could ask for, nor expect, a more perfect rental. We would not hesitate to rent this villa again and again.

Second Stay!

This was our second stay in the past 12 months. It is our favourite Orlando villa! Perfect location. Well maintained and super homely. Stocked with so much kitchenware and towels. Our little one was thrilled by the addition of the tv to the Winnie the Pooh bedroom. We loved sitting out by the pool listening to the wildlife in the conservation behind. A real beauty spot, I don't think we could stay anywhere else in Orlando now!

We had a great week at our rental property. It’s a nice roomy home and our granddaughter loved the pool. The one thing that was difficult was the traffic. I assume that’s a normal thing here because it’s got so many things to see and do. I give this property an excellent rating and recommend highly!
