This is a beautiful two story home with a screened pool & Jacuzzi. It is modern & spacious. Was built 2017. It is within a gated community that has 24/7 security. Has a wonderful park within walking distance called Jingle Creek Park. The front door has an electronic locking system, so no key is required. The kitchen consists of stainless steel equipment such as, side by side fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop, oven and dishwasher. Jacuzzi and water heater for the pool can be activated for a fee

Not what I expected

Didn’t get any check in information until 6/630p when check in states 4p. We had to call vrbo to get them on the phone with homeowner in order to get access to the house. Upstairs ac was not working and made the house warm most the night. Asked about the heater for the jacuzzi and never got a response. Only allowed to park in driveway or clubhouse which was completely full so I had to turn some guest away because there was no where for them to park. Not a good experience.

Very nice house in a nice community

The house is probably the nicest and most updated house we have stayed in throughout the Orlando area, about 7 different stays. The backyard pool is very secluded with no neighbors to the back and great privacy. The community also offers a great workout room and community pool with hot tub, which we haven't found in most other communities. No real complaints with the house at all.

the location was good however management was subpar

the location of the home is very convenient. it has all the basics u will need but the quality is low. we had a number of probs with the house and management was slow to react. the front door kept buzzing and it took them 3 days too fix it: when we arrived the bathroom had hair in the shower and hadn't been cleaned; a person was to come to the house to deal with the issues and didn't show up. overall I think their are nicer places to stay at a better price point.

Great Family Vacation Home

My family and I were very please with this house and wouldn't mind staying here again. The house was beautiful and it looks just like the pictures. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the game room. The location was great as well. I would have given it 5 stars but there were a few small problems such as we were only given one garbage bag for five days, their was a mop and iron but no mop bucket or ironing board available. Luckily there was a Super Target, Dollar General, and Walmart close by so were able to just buy some extra garbage bags and whatever else we needed. The pool was supposed to be heated however when we tried to turn the heat on it did not work. However, I will admit we were so busy that we did not get a chance to call the property manager about the pool and the kids still had fun anyway. Overall, the house was great and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home!!!

The house was beautiful, brand new. This was our first time renting a home, and we had a wonderful experience. Our 6 yr old daughter and 3 yr old son loved the heated pool. The pool was from 3 ft to 5 ft deep, with plenty of pool accessories. The house had plenty of rooms, and nice kids themed rooms. The house is in a new and gated community. All the major theme parks are within 15-20 mins, but the kids spent most of the time in the pool. We will definately come back again.
