We stayed at this Davenport house from March 5–10 and had a mixed experience.Pros:The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed. The management company was also responsive and easy to communicate with. When we reported plumbing issues—a leaky toilet and a slow-draining sink—they sent a plumber right away and the problem was fixed quickly, which we appreciated.Cons:Unfortunately, the house was not very clean when we arrived. The floors were filthy, and we ended up having to clean them ourselves before settling in. The walls and ceilings were dusty, and several glasses and plates in the kitchen were dirty, so we had to wash them before using them.There were also a few maintenance issues. The pool had a leak, and we had to add water each day to keep the level up. The coffee table was broken, and much of the furniture felt outdated and was not very comfortable.Overall, the stay was manageable because of the good location and responsive management, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues should really be addressed to improve the guest experience.
