New Dream & Adventure Vacation Villa:

Our vacation villa has been completely remodeled, decorated and is newly furnished and newly equipped, Including a 55 In. 3D TV in the living room, high speed internet, WI-Fi access and free long distance calls to anywhere in the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Our villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real succes. We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied, our objective is to provide you with a home away from home accommodation.

The Paradise adventure Vacation Villa, part of the Ashley Manor Community, is situated at the end of a crescent street and adjacent to a conservation area.

As a result you will get stunning views of the pond, and while relaxing in the pool, you will be surrounded with abundant tropical nature and still you are 5 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants and less than 15 minutes to Disney’s main entrance.

Villa layout details: Kitchen is very well equipped and has stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area. There is enough space for everybody to dine together.

There are 5 bedrooms: Africa Master bedroom with a king size bed is downstairs with an ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs; Harry Potter and Star Wars bedrooms have queen size beds. Both children's, Toy Story and our choose your layout Pirates/Princesses Frozen bedrooms have twins size beds. 2 full bathrooms with his and hers washbasin upstairs and one half bathroom downstairs.

In the living room, You will enjoy a 7 foot pool table. You also will enjoy Air hockey and foosball in our large gameroom .

Our objective is that the adventure theme will enhance everybody’s experience, and we hope that the Paradise and Adventure Villa will be a part of your most memorable vacations.

We loved this Disney-themed house! The house is just as pictured and a short drive to the parks. We used the pool and spa after returning from the parks and on a couple of days in between park visits. There was plenty of room for our group of four adults and three children. We would definitely recommend this house and plan on booking again for our next Disney trip!

Great first experience with a Vrbo. Everything was as described. There was an issue with the spa tub as soon as we arrived, and we were very disappointed that it took almost our entire stay to fix it - but we had communication every day regarding it with management as well as owners. While it was unfortunate, things do happen & we appreciated the communication.

Great place to stay for our family vacation

It was a great place for our family vacation. The pool was great! The house was clean. The location was great! The neighborhood was ok, there were a lot of cars parked on the road and at times it was hard to get around. It would have been nice if the owners would have warned us that the pool cleaner and the lawn care company were scheduled to come. Even with that, We had a great vacation!

We just came home from a very enjoyable stay at this property. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained. It is a short drive to all the Disney parks and close to many restaurants and shopping. Our only concern the whole week was a buildup of green algae around the pool. However, we messaged the property manager and the next morning the pool guys were out and fixed the situation and ee were able to swim the next day.

Great house!

My family and I loved this house! This was our son’s first Disney trip and we also went to universal two days! The traffic in Orlando is crazy but the house was perfect to come home to after long park days to relax in the beautiful pool and spa! The last two days we were there people in the house next door came in. I’m assuming that it’s also a rental property. They were very loud and inappropriate with their music to where I didn’t want my 9 year old to even come outside. They also woke me up the first night they were there in the middle of the night! Obviously that wasn’t the houses fault. We would definitely stay here again and had the best time other than the unruly neighbors. My son loved the Harry Potter room and picked that as his own as soon as we walked in! Great theming and so much detail to the magic! Thank you for the most memorable trip for my little guy!

The house itself is EXCELLENT. It met all our needs, completely stocked with everything you would need! Tons for toys for the kids, tons of towels, floaties, pool toys! Very attentive host when they needed to be. However the upstairs rooms get very warm while the downstairs stays pretty cold regardless of the use of the living fan. Made for some very warm nights trying to sleep. None the less we highly enjoyed staying here!

Amazing Home

The house was perfect. The entire house theme was super fun, the kids loved their rooms, they made sure to sleep in two of the rooms to enjoy the different themes. There were 6 of us, a family of 4 and another couple, the 5 rooms and all of the house space was great. The kitchen was furnished with anything we needed as far as cooking supplies, seasonings, coffee makers, and some coffee pods, and we even grilled out a couple times on the pellet grill, which worked great. They even had 2 booster seats, which was perfect for my 10 & 8 year olds that still use them, it saved us from having to buy some. We paid extra to heat the pool and I'm so glad we did, the temp in it was wonderful and refreshing. The pool and spa were the perfect size, as was the outdoor table for seating. Lucie and Alain were great with communication as well. I would return to this house, and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for lots of space, with a fun theme!

Great Budget Home

This is a great budget home that served its purpose for our family during the second half of our vacation. Lucie and Alain were wonderful to work with. Communication was fairly quick. We had pointed out a few things needing attention and they were quick to remedy it. Pros:-The house is well stocked-Lots of beach towels & bath towels-Kitchen had almost everything you would need-Lots of beach toys, chairs and coolers-Pool table/air hockey tables were great for the kids-Themed rooms were a hit -Pool was nice, warm and clean -Overall cleanliness of the house -Ceiling fans in all the rooms along with many portable fans -Host provided an abundance amount of laundry pods/dishwasher tablets/trash bags/dish soap/hand soaps/shampoo and conditioner -Nightlights -Close to Publix/Aldi/Texas Road House/Subway/Papa Johns/McDonalds/CVS/Tropical Smoothie/7-Eleven/Chipotle - All within 5- 10 minutes of the house Cons:-The upstairs did get a bit toasty towards the evening/during the night-Few pillows could be replaced-Traffic on Lake Wilson Road and I-4 does back up quite a bit during peak hours (took us over an hour to get to Disney one morning and over an hour an half to get home from Sea World)
