O'Reilly's is in the Lamington National Park in the Gold Coast hinterland. It is world renowned for its bird life.
Eastern Whipbird.  Whipbirds have a very distinctive call, which makes the name self-explanatory.  I'll post a link below.  They are more often heard than seen.

Eastern Yellow Robin.  O'Reilly's is in the Lamington National Park in the Gold Coast hinterland. It is world renowned for its bird life, including feeding time for the parrots, meaning they are not afraid of people. If you are lucky enough to stay, they will also come to the balcony to be fed.  This robin was spotted on one of the many walks.  He was 1 of 6, not just in the area, but in the same tree.  I've never see so many together before.
