The Alibrande vacation rentals—specifically the 70-square-meter CILAOS unit—are located in an old 18th-century building at an elevation of 1,300 meters in the hamlet of Les Tourrengs, just a few minutes from the superb Orcières recreation center.The house is divided into three completely independent vacation rentals with no neighboring buildings directly opposite; they face due south, are very quiet, and offer a splendid view of the Champsaur Valley, at the gateway to the Ecrins National Park and at the center of numerous hiking trails, including those starting from Champoléon and Prapic...
The cottage has a separate entrance and is all on one level, featuring a living room with a kitchen, a seating area with a sleeper sofa, and a wood-burning stove (wood provided). It has three small bedrooms, one of which is somewhat dark. The outdoor patio is very spacious and furnished with patio furniture.. The cottage faces south sud.La kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils. Linens and sheets are not provided. Wi-Fi and Ethernet cable.
For cleaning, the cottage must be left clean, dishes put away, and trash emptied. The cottage is very well insulated.
The Alibrande cottages are located in the heart of an exceptional hiking area, featuring the Champoléon and Prapic valleys, the high-altitude lakes of Orcières, and larch forests. Hikes vary widely in duration and elevation gain and can be adapted to all skill levels. I can offer advice based on the types of outings you’d like to do. Without even needing a car, you can set out directly from the cottages on a variety of trails through the forest, along elevated walkways, or beside the Drac River. If you enjoy running in the mountains, you’ll be happy to know that the Champsaur is a trail runner’s paradise with stunning mountain trails! The Alibrande vacation rentals, located in the hamlet of Les Tourrengs (05170 Orcières), are situated 9 kilometers from the Orcières 1850 resort, 32 kilometers north of Gap, 100 kilometers from Grenoble, and 220 kilometers away. Shuttle service (1 km from the cottages) is available in both winter and summer to take you to the resort. There are numerous hiking trails starting from the cottages and within a 15-kilometer radius, including the Champoléon and Prapic valleys.
