This is the BEST condo we’ve ever stayed in. From making our reservation to checking out has been the best experience I’ve ever had ! The condo was AMAZING for 5br it was VERY spacious. This condo was perfect for our family of 10. Very spacious so no one felt crowded. Incredible views from the 22nd floor of the beach and ocean. Best part was it was right on the beach so easy for everyone to go to the beach whenever they wanted to. And the indoor heated pool and hot tubs were perfect way to end the day.

Fantastic family vacation n

Our family of 11 had a fantastic stay at Beachball Phoenix. Where do I start?! The incredible views, giant kitchen and living room to gather and spend time cooking and playing, the immaculate bedrooms with balcony access, or the pool and hot tubs. This condo was an amazing space for our large group giving us plenty of space and comfort. The easy access to the beautiful beach was the cherry on top. It was very clean and the perfect space. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful holiday retreat

Multigenerational family Christmas vacation. The home was perfect and met all of our needs. Property management was very responsive to questions and concerns. Very spacious and clean. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Located close to everything. Nothing bad to say! We will definitely be coming back.

The cracked and loose tiles on the balcony frightened me, especially when I stepped on it and it moved. Several light bulbs went out during stay. Otherwise it had a great view with wonderful space and a nicely filled kitchen!

The property managers were excellent to work with throughout our stay. First week we had multiple lightbulbs that were out in different bedrooms, and vanity bathrooms. There was a broken stool that was fixed as well. Shower door gaskets in the master still needs fixing. Throughout the month stay, there was a smell, musty, sewage like which we had the property managers come up to look at multiple times. I ended up buying deodorizers and by the fourth week they foamed around the PT traps which were open and that helped. There is still a smell back by the bunk bed room and the front hall by the laundry. I really think the drains need to be cleaned out.Otherwise, we enjoyed the condo and the space it offered. I do believe that if you rent the penthouse you should not have to pay over $150 extra to park 3 vehicles during your stay. Otherwise everything was top shelf.

Reviewer Comments: Our entire family (3 children + spouses and 7 grandchildren) was able to all be together in this property for an extended Thanksgiving gathering. There was plenty of space for all. Amenities and fitting were top notch, except for the oven which was quirky and difficult to operate. It was nice having an indoor pool for the kids and we even got in a beach day.The location was very convenient with nearby shopping and restaurants, though not all were open in the off season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Penthouse was the perfect rental for a family of 16 (8 adults, 3 teenagers and 5 children). Everyone had a bed and each family their own bathroom. The large kitchen had lots of space for food preparation and a large seating area to eat meals together. The balcony was also large and creating extra space for. An extra drink refrigerator to store beach drinks for adults and kids would have been helpful. We had a couple of maintenance issues that was addressed very quickly. Would definitely recommend this property.
