Renovated but neglected

This is an updated (older) two bedroom condo that shows some "wear and tear." The countertops and floors are newer which was nice. The master bathroom is large and the beds comfortable enough. Advertised to sleep 8 which would be very crowded. The tv's and Wifi worked well. Fortunately, the sofa was replaced during our stay because it was so stained and dirty we didn't want to sit on it. The refrigerator was small and the ice maker didn't work. The non-stick pots and pans were old, bent and scratched and the dull knives wouldn't slice fruit. The ironing board cover was old and stained. Had an incident with the stucco workers being on the balcony early one morning but the property manager was swift with an apology and compensation.
