The location itself is 5 stars. Our issue was more so with Phoenix themselves. We got there at 2030 and went to pay for the parking pass and the gentleman told me someone had already checked into our unit. Obviously checking in that late the rental property isn’t open to call. He told me they may have double booked us but to go upstairs and check. We told him that we will also need the 2nd parking pass and he told me we had to wait till the morning as one of our parking passes were already taken by another family saying they were staying in our unit. Why are they not validating peoples stays before they give our parking passes. We asked what will happen to our second car if it has no pass and he said it could be towed or they will put a red sticker on it. We went down at 0645 to get the pass and he told us to come back at 0700 when he opened. We came back at 0730 and he let us pay for the 2nd pass. The condo itself is ok when we came in it had dirty underwear/food under the bed, dishwasher was full of food at the bottom, and dishes were dirty in the Cabinet/drawers. First thing we did was cleaned the bottom of the dishwasher and loaded it with dishes to wash we would need. We took pics sent them to the property manager they apologized and said we would receive back 1/2 our cleaning fee (I’m assuming we will get this once they assess the condo).Post said pull out couch it does not have one it is a smaller sectional couch.
