Awesome place!

Condo was very clean, check in and check out was easy. The kids loved the outdoor and indoor pools and easy beach access. We would definitely stay here again! And the balcony overlooking the beach was big and beautiful!

This place was just as it looked and exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and fit all 7 of us perfectly. Great communication with renting it. The location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach vacay

We enjoyed the condo, very spacious and had plenty of kitchen accessories. The porch was huge with seating for everyone. We do wish the pool area had umbrellas because there is very little relief from the sun. We had a great experience overall.

Great service

We had a few minor issues and the manager sent someone over right away to fix them. The property is in a great location near lots of things to do. Even though we didn't have children on this trip, it would be a great place to bring your kids. There was some construction and repairs happening on the balconies, but that was clearly communicated to us before we arrived. We would stay there again!

Fun in the Sun 23

We enjoyed the beach, ocean, pools. Beds were comfty. We could stay in & cook which made it easier with an 8 month old. Seems unusually hot & humid this year. More so than in past years. The only negative thing was mold on shower curtains. Thank you for hosting us!!

View was amazing. Tons on beds. The Noise from construction was awful made stay a 2 instead of a 10.

We truly would have rated this condo a 10+ except for unbelievable loud noise all day, except weekends from the construction. Liquid Life did mention if, however, it was never told to us how bad it would be. If it is ever finished, we might actually stay there again. The Views!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and spacious for family of 4, nice size balcony. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Even had a rice maker and a blender. Would give it 5 stars if not for a 3 second beeping noise that was every 4-5 minutes 24/7. Of course it was the loudest in the master bedroom which made it difficult to sleep every night. I couldn't track the source down but it was very irritating at night. Hopefully it was from the units next door getting worked on and the next family doesn't have to deal with it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good trip but there were some cleaning issues and inconveniences. We were supposed to check in at 3pm and received a text at 330pm saying our condo wasn’t ready yet due to extra cleaning. This would have been fine if the room actually looked cleaner but there was a pile a dirt in the master and algae in the shower and everything was very dusty. The condo also appeared much smaller in person. The furniture needs some major updates as well. There was some construction going on which wasn’t a huge problem. We had to take the stairs a few times due to one of the elevators not working. We did have an issue with the toilets and they came very fast to fix it so I was happy about that. The walk to the beach from the condo is very short too which was a plus. We didn’t have any major problems but I don’t think we would stay here again

The location is excellent in relation to the grocery stores. The beach was nice. I sure wish it had a hot tub on the beach side of the condo. I also wish the beach side pool was heated. The basketball goal on the property may be the worst basketball goal I've ever played on. I know its not a big draw for the condo but if this is the best they can do, I'd just have it removed. Overall, it was a very clean condo with nice amenities. I would definitely consider staying here again. It was a great week at the beach.

The condo was great! The only problem we had was the check in process.

The condo was great and the view of the ocean was fabulous! We had to wait for a while to be checked in. They were behind on the cleaning and we had to wait a couple of hours to get into our room. Also, there was only one parking space allowed per unit so the people that came with us had to park a few miles down the road.

It was great!

We loved how close to the ocean it was! The balcony doors however were very hard to open after going onto the balcony. The cleanliness was decent I guess. And really wish there was more towels.

Promised 2 parking passes and the paid up front. Then luckly got a pass from guard for 30 Dollars for second car. If not for all the crap finding out on check in instructions a day before the trip the parking crap I would rate overall great
