Great Condo with tons of space!

The condo was great, beach was beautiful, and management company responsive. Most condos are very cramped for space, this one was very spacious and updated. We look forward to staying here again.

Family Vacation

Property was very clean, and enough space for 6 adults and 2 children. The views were great. There was construction on building next to this condo. A bit noisy at times during the day but morning and evenings were quiet.

Great view, but uncomfortable furniture

The condo building is well maintained, and the view from the condo is great. Unfortunately the furnishings in this particular condo were very uncomfortable, just too hard. The TV position in the living room is way way too high, it feels like you're in the first row from the screen in a movie theater. This condo could be improved by getting a more comfortable couch, add a recliner, add a memory foam topper to the king bed, add cushions for the balcony furniture, lower the living room TV to a better viewing height, and replace the worn-out cookware.

Wonderful

Everything about the condo building and unit was wonderful. I can't wait to go back next year! The balcony and it's furniture was probably my favorite part of the unit and the super comfy glider chairs in living room. Kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with all we needed. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. A great stay with fantastic memories made!

The property was very nice. The unit we stayed in was nice. Mattresses were very hard on all beds and there was mold on floor of master shower. The view was beautiful on the balcony. The pools were great and very clean. The beach access was great. Everyone had a great time!

It is a wonderful apartment with a great view and balcony

We have stayed in this apartment twice now. The view is great and the apartment is great. The Beachball people are very easy to deal with and want to help. We had trouble with the door lock and they sent out someone to figure out the issue. Since our last stay, they have replaced the washing machine with a new one that works really well. It is a lovely vacation home apartment. The beach access is great and they have indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Great condo with a fantastic view! Would recommend to everyone!

Our family had a great time in this condo! It was very clean and updated. Our whole family stayed the week with kids from ages 8 months, 8 years old and all the way to 21 and everyone had a great time! It's right on the beach and has plenty of local shops and places to eat nearby. I did read in previous reviews some people complaining about the mattresses. The mattress in the master bedroom is firm but I have a lot of lower back issues and I slept great and it never bothered me so that wasn't an issue. We would recommend this condo to everyone and we will be coming back to stay soon!

Great Location! Great Views!

Positives: Awesome large corner balcony with fabulous views! Great living area and well-stocked kitchen. Comfy king bed in primary bedroom. Access to balcony from all 3 BRs. Great complex with large indoor hot tub. Negatives: Washer and Dryer in unit are defective. Washer does not spin the water out of clothing and dryer does not thoroughly dry. Shower head in second bathroom lacks good pressure.

This will be our place to stay every time

The location of this condo was awesome. Right across the street from a Dollar Store and less than a mile from a Wal Mart Neighborhood Market. The rooms were very spacious and the layout is great for families. The Master Bedroom is in the back and the guest rooms are in the front. So you won't here your kids playing if you decide to sleep in. The kitchen was great with marble counter tops. Lots of appliances for cooking. It had a walk around balcony and the view was incredible. The only bad thing was that they remodeling and were working on the condo right next door so that was a little bit of a distraction. But overall this was an awesome place to stay and we will be back to stay there every year! LOVED IT!!!

What a view!

We had a great week at Bluewater. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. The condo was nice and clean(other than a little sand here and there), but that was to be expected. We had our group of 8 and it fit all of comfortably. The mattresses could use an upgrade but overall did the trick. The location couldn’t have been better. Everything we needed was right there! We rented a beach package for the week through Gulf Coast Rentals and was very affordable. They even dropped off and picked up!! A must try when there is the Cactus Cantina across the street..you will not be disappointed. We ate there more than once lol. Having a candy/ice cream place across the street was bonus. Would definitely return in the future. You really can’t go wrong with this place.

This is a great apartment. It was better for my wife and I because she has to use a walker. This apartment was spacious enough for her to get around in the apartment except in the bath rooms. We did have a lot of trouble with the TV in the living room. It seemed to have a lot of connection problems. We did not need a three bedroom, but we did need the extra space it afforded for my wife's mobility. We have booked the apartment again for 2025.

We have been very pleased with them. They had to send out repair people twice, and both young men were very helpful and courteous. We have booked the apartment again for 2025.

Not what we booked

We booked 5 months in advance a lovely corner condo with a wrap around balcony with every amenity you can imagine. 19 days before we were to arrive beachball properties called to say it would be under construction and sent me 3 lack luster options to move to, non where comparable in our opinion but it was too close to time and frankly I was too busy with work to start looking for somewhere else to stay. We stayed at the seaside beach and racquet club, which was also under construction! Lots of early morning noise. The condo wasn’t horrible, I was at the beach, but we had wall tiles falling down, the dish tv never did work right. They had to send people to work on both of these things, and all of this with no discount from the original price for the much nicer unit we were moved from. I won’t use them again. I will go back to Brett Robinson.
