False advertisement!!! The rooms were very musty! Queen beds were actually full size. No carpet. Condensation on windows from the air. Air conditioner kept flipping to heat. Wanted to check out early but was told I would still be charged. Was not offered any kind of solution. Was told what I could not do several times. The Breakfast was horrible. Yogurt was room temperature. Coffee and orange juice tasteless. People were making out in the hot tub! Shower leaked even with curtain closed. Standing water on floors. Electrical sockets were not safe at all!! Refrigerator not clean!! Horrible service!! Horrible experience!!

I liked that the staff was kind. I did not like that someone who had a key card to my room attempted to enter it while I was inside and ran away. I did not like that the facility had a very dirt hot tub and moss growing in the pool and also found things in the room that needed attended to. I mentioned this and pointed it out to the check out clerk. I have had to cancel my card due to attempted misuse of my card with their hotel after my stay there. I used my card with the Expedia external site and attempted to use it at the hotel.

The hot tub and pool areas are not as clean as I would hope. I chose not to use the hot tub. The property has a very strong cleaning chemical smell of fabulousa, indicating they are not diluting it properly when using it. Most all of the properties I have visited in OKC area have had the same issues over the years. They had issues running my card for the deposit so I used cash. Their technology may not be up to par?

The room was disgusting

Filthy location, absolutely disgusting room. Unmade beds, towels all over the floor, a home depot bucket that I have no idea what had in it. Do not book here.

UNSAFE Absolutely nothing SAFE to report about this place second floor, holes in floor covered up by modern vinyl first floor water leaks bathroom ceilings not fixed very obvious walls bathroom water between sheet rocks not fixed this hotel is nothing like it is advertised on line through Expedia not getting any help from Expedia I was stuck there for 2 days I had surgery Monday morning the 12th of May could not go anywhere else could not get a refund from the owner or the management of the hotel itself when I arrived they then hit me up with a $50 deposit that I knew nothing about which they got I check out 7:00 (tried to) girl working counter had no authority to refund me my $50 deposit she told me I had to wait for the owner when will she be here at 8:30 I said not happening I have an 8:00 surgery appointment I have to be there I'm not waiting she called the owner on the phone then owner tells me she can send me a receipt by email I said no I want my paper receipt and I wanted it when I check out as in right now she says it takes 7 to 10 days to get my $50 refund back I video the room as I stayed there I made sure I documented everything you can email me if you want room numbers of the second floor and the first floor be glad to give it to you they're not listed in this review because I don't want them to go and fix everything and then make me look like a liar this hotel is unsafe it should not be in business

At checkin, was told about 50 dollar charge to cover any damages, surprise. Walked in the room to find a stem for crack pipe on the floor, a filthy dirty and stained pillow on the bed, bug droppings on lamp base, made the mistake of raising chair cushion, filthy and dirty. Showed man at front desk, responded with sorry for any inconvenience. Previous damages to furniture documented with photos. Eggs and do it yourself waffles were the free breakfast. Very disappointing experience.

Less than desirable.

The entire hotel smells musty. Several times our floor smelled like marijuana. The pool/hot tub area is less than pleasing side of the pool and hot tub are scummy. The water is off colored, the pool is missing tiles. There were no towels when we entered. No trash service no towels were provided on our second day, less than desirable with no sugar-free or diabetic friendly options offered. That used dispenser was just terrible tasting water. The waffle machine was not turned on when we went down and then when it was turned on the timer did not work. Our mini fridge quit working in the middle of the night and my insulin was spoiled.. pool depth at max is 3’8”. Less than desirable hotel would not book again.
