It's obvious the rooms have been updated, and the update was nicely done. Appreciated having 2 sinks and plenty of room around them. Very pleasant ocean view from the upper deck.

Couldn't ask for a better view!!! Updated, staff was awesome! My only complaint, the first night , I might have slept 2hrs! We were in room 104 and it was very loud, beacuse someone on the second floor, I believe was a kid kept running back and forth, and it was maddening! The elevator and doors were too close to the front door of the room! Stay clear of 104

Best location and only beachfront property in Ogunquit. Loved our 2nd floor room in The Dunes, nicely renovated and great views. Lisa at the front desk was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

Loved the pool and jacuzzi at the neighboring sister resort. Kayaking up the creek was amazing. Beach was spotless. Walking distance to most restaurants and shops. Love it here!
