I had a wonderful stay at The Anchorage! The location is fantastic, the reception staff is very friendly, our room was clean and bright, and the pool was sparkling! We all had the most memorable weekend in Ocracoke and The Anchorage was a huge part of our celebration!

The inn was somewhat dated and needs some upgrading mostly from water damage and just being an older building but the room was clean the beds were comfortable i especially liked the fact the bedding was all white the AC was cooling but when it shuts off the room heats up pretty quickly the staff was excellent the view from the 3rd floor was great location was very convenient within walking distance to everything youd need but id recommend getting a golf cart to explore the island
