Beautiful view of the ocean

Place was super beautiful and the access to house was easy. Best part was being right on the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular View - Wonderful Stay

We had 6 family members stay over 2023 Christmas and really enjoyed the laid back family holiday. The views were amazing and the upstairs firepit was used several times in the evenings. The Property Manager was very helpful. We hope we have the opportunity to come back again.

Nice beach getaway

Property was beautiful very spacious and comfortable. The view was awesome. My only wish was that the beach accessible from the property. Rather than walking a half a mile away to get to the water. It would’ve been a five star if we had that.

Spacious Oceanfront House

We loved the layout. Great for a large group, huge dining table and amounts of kitchen counter space! Easy walk to the city center for daily exercise. So fabulous 3 of the bedrooms has a nook for kids to sleep. Pretty sunset views with dolphins in distance.

This property was absolutely stunning! It was incredibly spacious, comfortably decorated and incredibly clean. The view was spectacular and had every amenity that we could ask for. Large garage for our vehicle and supplies. We hosted a family reunion and everyone had a wonderful time enjoying the view and the home. Fantastic back yard with great patio furniture and layout. One of the best parts was the top rate communication. Any question we had was answered via text within minutes. The property managers/owners definitely prided themselves on giving the best customer service possible and they exceeded all expectations. We loved our stay and this home will definitely be our first choice when we return!

Weekend in Upstairs Unit

We had 4 couples and it worked out great! Each had their own room. Kitchen and Family Room area were great to all hang out. Small beach area out front during low-tide, but plenty of room down there to throw football or frisbee. Short walk to other beaches. Big, well supplied kitchen made for great dinners.

Fantastic Location and Communication

Overall great location. Lots of rain caused multiple leaks in the ceiling, windows and light fixtures. They didn’t send anyone out the first day so we had to use up all of the towels and do wash, but the next day they got it figured out and brought us more towels.

Down sides for such a big house very small bathrooms,the master bedroom had a horrible smell of maybe "MOLD", stained dirty carpet, dishwasher was falling forward, patio furniture very weather and ripped. This property needs some TLC. Over all the family had a great time but the price is not worth the property.

There were steps down to the water through the large boulders but then there was smaller rocks probably for erosion control so no sand for the kids to play in. WE walked to the pier area and had a blast in the sand and water. The Tin Fish has excellent fish tacos and hamburgers. REally enjoyed this trip. The Beach Front Only experience was excellent.

Reviewer Comments: This is my 3rd stay with beachfront in the last 6 months and while we live the locations, the main issue with this home was it shows hardwood floors but it was carpeted. It had a musky old smell in the house from the carpet and was really surprised the pictures showed differently. Beach + water + carpet and lots of food traffic does not make for a good combination.

Next time we will try and book it later on in the year. The one thing that was disappointing was there is no grass in the back as pictured. I understand that California is in a drought. It made the place feel run down.

Most of our time was spent enjoying the view and loved being right on the water. There was never enough beach to walk, but walking to the pier was enjoyable. We ate in all our meals. We loved the huge table, using one end for games and puzzles. A few suggestions, the ocean facing windows could have been cleaner. Also we had heavy rains the last day and the steps had the rain run off and were quite treacherous. An overhang or a railing would have been an asset.

The view is absolutely incredible. the location is good. Our only concern was of the condition of the backyard beach area. It wasn't well maintained at all. Sandy area & turf areas were overgrown with weeds, steps to get down to the beach area are half missing and it's not a very safe climb up or down on those rocks without those steps. Had a small garage door issue. But they got it fixed in 1 day. Thank You

Ocean View Paradise w/ onsite Parking

The inside was nicely decorated. The view especially nice as it was NOT on the boardwalk. No people or cars constantly blocking the view or the noise that comes with it. Great yard with plenty of seating, lounging and shade. If you are sleeping in a bedroom overlooking the street it can be noisy (people more so than cars). Ear plugs would be good. The master bedroom does not get dark due to the outdoor lights next door. Eye mask is good idea. One of the best stocked kitchens of any place I have ever stayed. Never went out to eat. Everything included. Had few minor issues (broken appliance and bathroom door handle came off) that were addressed promptly. Caution to those with large or lifted vehicles. The garage is tight.Would definitely stay here again.
