Wow, the view was amazing! We had 15 people and never felt crowded. Everything was perfect. Parking was a little tricky with only two dedicated spots, but we worked it out. Would definitely stay here again!

It was such a wonderful experience!Our family was thoroughly impressed and in awe with this rental and its views. It be nice to know how many flights of steps are required in unit 2. Even to get to the main floor requires 2 flights, plus additional 2 more flights per floor. So, if you have kids or mobility issues there can be challenges. Overall we’d say a 10/10! Unforgettable memories for sure!

Stunning views, great location along the strand in Oceanside. Prime access and 2 car parking. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, which was perfect for our group. Host had excellent communication and provided all we needed. Check out process was a breeze! Definitely recommend!!

Amazing!

This beach house was perfect for our stay in Oceanside! We would definitely recommend it to anyone with a big group! Everybody had their own bathroom and space and the beds were so comfy! Beautiful home with amazing views!

Family Reunion

The property was perfect for what we needed. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and enough space to retreat to when you need to be alone. Kitchen was well supplied. Would rent again and definitely recommend.

60th birthday

We had 16 ladies staying for a large birthday “60”. The space was perfect, the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious each with a bathroom. The location was fantastic.

Beautiful Oceanside

This property was perfect. each bedroom had its own bathroom which was perfect for our company retreat. And we couldn't get any closer to the ocean if we tried. Waking up to waves crashing on the rocks was amazing and we could walk to downtown for dinner, drinks, etc. it was also great to be able to walk to the pier and along the boardwalk for some exercise and a bit of relaxation.

We loved the view and decks but we were unable to use the top deck because the hot tub never worked and the fire table also needed repair. The Internet was out for part of the time and only half the barbecue worked.We are working with Beachfront only to receive some refund. They have been in contact with us and responded to our calls for serviceI do not know if VRBO is able to give us a partial refund since we booked through you!

Great place with gorgeous views.

We stayed here 4 days for a management off-site meeting with a group of 8 managers. The place was great as we all had our own bedrooms and bathroom and the kitchen was adequate enough for us to all cook and eat together for our meals. The views are absolutely gorgeous and we all loved being right there basically on the sand. Really, the place is great and several of my friends after seeing pictures want to stay there. I also really liked how responsive the property management company was. Honestly, I usually don't like dealing with property management companies and prefer dealing with owners directly, but this company was responsive and polite and real easy to work with. I would definitely stay in another of their properties again as they made everything easy.

Wellness Team Meeting

The property was great and gave my team members the personal space they needed and a perfect group setting for a two day team meeting of business professionals. The property is right on the water and we could hear the waves crashing and watch the beautiful sunsets on the roof top outdoor space with a fire pit and comfortable couches. It was an amazing space! We all cooked each meal together as well, they had everything we needed to cook many meals. The only issue we had is the refrigerator setting was so high our veggies would freeze. It felt like a luxury hotel with each room having their own bathroom. We Highly recommend this property!

Double-check everything (location, parking, items provided)

The kitchen did not have a few things that most rental units would have like oil, coffee, extra paper towels so make sure you double-check everything that is listed on their page. It had a great ocean view, but keep in mind that you still have to walk to the shore. The guest parking is also more than 1 mile from the property, so we had to use street parking instead since there was 18 of us. It was still a great experience and the property management responded quickly.

Very nice place

Wonderful place. Everything good as advertised. A minor glitch in checking-in that I wish VBRO (and the rental agency) enforces on all rentals. Arrival time for the renters is often function of flight arrivals, traffic, children nap time, etc. So arrival can be late or early. Provided rental unit is clean and available, arrival 1 or 2 hours before contract time (4 pm) should be allowed as courtesy. However, rental agency said unit is clean and available but will cost an hourly rate for arriving 2 hours early. I declined of course, having noted that it was a petty request. Now the rental agency took one hour past 4:00 PM trying to open the unit because the automatic code did not work (while hungry young children were crying and adults needed to use restrooms). Of course the rental agency did not bother refunding us for that hour of not fulfilling their part of their contractual obligation. It left a poor aftertaste to an otherwise nice vacation rental.

This was an amazing place to host all my friends for my birthday! With each bedroom having their own bathroom everyone feels super comfortable and has their own space with plenty of shared space as well! The views were unreal and there was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy!

The pictures don't do the property justice. It is beautiful! The house is surprisingly spacious. The bedrooms were amazing, each with their own bathroom. The management company does an amazing job of setting up everything so it's very easy to use, and we loved how well stocked the unit was. Plenty of towels(nicely wrapped with both beach and bathroom towels) on each bed. The view was incredible. The front bedroom with the panoramic doors is straight out of a movie. The main floor also has panaromic doors providing endless views and amazing breezes when opened. The patios were such a great place to relax and enjoy everything the ocean view had to offer. We loved the rooftop retreat with the spa and sitting area and firepit. We hosted our daughter's 16th birthday with 5 of her best friends and she just couldn't thank us enough for making her birthday so special and memorable. The individual mini split ac's in each of the rooms was also great, but we wanted to enjoy the ocean air a lot of the time so we ended up shutting those off a lot of the time, yet I can see how nice they would be in the midst of hot summer day. Just really appreciated that everything worked, everything was made to be so user friendly and easy(all light switches were marked), and we could just enjoy ourselves and the amazing place. Great location also. Easy to get around, lots of great shops nearby, and a short walk to the pier where there's so much to see and do. Already thinking of an excuse to return!

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

Good venue for a large (14+) family vacation, but seating for only 12 at two dining room tables. Beach directly across the street from the condo, but poor access to the beach at that location due to rock wall (good access approximately one-half mile to the north). No access to sandy beaches at high tide (thus overpriced). Near pier, restaurants, surfing, etc.
