We loved our five nights at this property! Five spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms were all well appointed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with all the necessary equipment. The view and location were truly outstanding! Very close to everything. The parking was great for two vehicles. Beach area is a 2-3 minute walk. Our family loved the property and would highly recommend it. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific Trip

Our family loved our stay at the beachfront condo. When we arrived the condo was clean and well stocked for our family stay. The location was great as it was walking distance from the pier and shops. I would highly recommend this condo for any family gathering.

Breathtaking view & relaxing getaway

This property is breathtaking. Walk in to an ocean view. We initially booked 3 days but decided to splurge on a 4th day and we are glad we did so. The trip was incredibly relaxing with the beautiful view and constant sound of waves crashing. We loved our stay!

The location of the property was great! The view was fantastic with no traffic directly in front of the unit. Easy walk to the beach, town and wharf. I rented the condo on the 2nd floor with a condo above and the noise transfer was very disruptive with occupants running and jumping at all hours. After contacting the host several times, nothing changed. The number of bedrooms was great with almost as many bathrooms however the showers in half of the unit were unusable and horribly outdated. The beds were uncomfortable and the floors were filthy when we arrived. There was no vacuum in the unit, only a dry floor mop. I had to contact the host for the wifi code and the location of the trash bins. It did contain two washers & dryers that were helpful since towels were scarce. Nice to pack and walk out of the unit and no need to unmake beds or wash the linens.

Loved the views and the sunset. The hot tub and roof access was awesome. Floors were creaky and neighbors below us complained about our kids running around, so that's a downside. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Loved the location and size. Kitchen counters needed to be wiped off and hot tub wasn’t clean so no one wanted to use it.

Great Accommodations!

This place worked well for our family with adult children. Plenty of space for our group of 8 with a nice roomy kitchen with plenty of counter space, ample eating and casual seating space, and nice sized bedrooms. Two parking spots available but our son parked on street each night. Communication was great. View of ocean was spectacular. This place could easily accommodate 5 couples. Did I mention it was very clean?!

Great family getaway

We hosted our kids to stay here with us to celebrate our birthdays. The location was great. Never heard any noise from the other 5 units. The location was great. Not far from the pier and beach area. The area over all had a safe feeling. Everything was great. We truly enjoyed our stay and didn't really leave the property

USMC 20 year Reunion

Had a wonderful time very spacious unit. we rented 6 bdrm 5 bathroom unit. We enjoyed the rooftop patio where we all can hangout we had the rooftop bedroom as well. kitchen was well equipped and spacious. unit was well kept up and clean. bedrooms have more than enough space. Great location only minutes from downtown Oceanside and Carlsbad.

Perfect location!

This place is beautiful! Perfect location to hear and see the ocean. Short walk to the Coaster station and restaurants and bars. We saw dolphins every day. The only complaint we had was the floors and the oven were not cleaned prior to us arriving. There were crumbs and rice on the kitchen floor. They offered to come and touch up the floors but there were 10 of us so we opted to clean it ourselves. That being said we would definitely stay here again!

Sheets not changed

It is a great property with great views and a small market just 1 block away. I down graded them for cleanliness because my 39 year old daughter found sand between the sheets at the foot of her bed on the first night of our stay.

Cleaning people

Our check in was 4p. When checking in the cleaning people were sitting on the couch and the cleaning wasn’t done. We just had them be done so we could get in as it was a long day. I would rate the inside cleaning a 2 which was disappointing. However the property manager was great to work with.

Our children, their spouses and the grandchildren called it "home" for 10 delightful days. It is centrally located to Disney, Sea World and Legoland. In addition we enjoyed the beach. The house is furnished very well. It is spacious and bright with a wonderful view of the ocean where we saw dolphins and sea lions. The rooftop is worth the rental price...we had dinners on the rooftop as we watched the beautiful sunsets. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was lovely, the accommodations were more than my family expected. Every room a delight. The kitchen was fully equipped to handle any occasion. Views awesome a truly epic holiday for our family. There was a glitch with the codes checking in which on a rainy day was stressful foe the hostess, me! Your response time was great very quick & efficient. It was difficult to get out of parking garage on Wednesday evening had to go to outside gat to open inside gate. This is just to let you know so you can check it. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year using this property for our annual business retreat. Everyone just loves it! It is a beautiful house with plenty of room and amazing views. You just can't beat the views!! Sunsets and dolphins and waves... what more do you need? In addition, the property is managed very efficiently. Any issues are immediately addressed and communication before, during and after your stay is top notch. Excellent customer service! Last year they even recommended a caterer to have dinner brought in. We did that again this year because it was so successful! Dinner at sunset on the roof... simply perfect! I highly recommend this property. We will be back!
