Upon entering, there is a living room with large windows and patio looking out to the Pacific Ocean, which opens to a spacious kitchen and dining room with an accompanying second living area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinets. The second living room has ocean views and provides another relaxing space for you to relax during your vacation. One of the couches is a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleeping accommodations.

All rooms have attached full bathrooms. The master bedroom has full ocean-views, a king bed, fire place, TV, and double closets.

Off the side of the kitchen is a patio with full natural gas BBQ and patio table and umbrella, perfect for enjoying a BBQ. The second level hosts the natural gas fire pit, Adirondack chairs, patio with lounge chairs and Jacuzzi. There is also a private queen bedroom with a wine fridge and full bathroom on this level. This property does have a 2-car garage, but if you need to park any other vehicles additional parking is available at our office in Oceanside, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92054.

Please note that there is private beach access directly in front of this home. All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
