Online listing is deceptive
The people from the property management company were very good to deal with, however, the property is much smaller than it appears in the listing. For the very high price that we paid, there were almost no amenities, not even any Kleenex. The Living room had one lamp, meaning that only one person could read in the evening. The lighting elsewhere in the house ie equally poor
The difference in temperature between the upstairs and downstairs was at least 15°. We never could get the downstairs area warm, so our family all had to shower in the upstairs bathroom. When I mentioned this to the property management company, they brought over a couple of space heaters for the downstairs.
The home has only bed sleeping for eight people. The three beds downstairs are very low quality with mattresses that are not very comfortable. When you pay as much as we did for our four nights, you expect a higher quality property.
The check in and check out procedure is inconvenient. There is only a one hour window between the check-in time and the time the office closes. We were coming from a long distance and had difficulty making that one hour window. The office is about 15 minutes from the property and is not conveniently located. Fortunately, they didn’t insist that we return the keys back to the property And allowed us to leave them at the property. We were driving in the opposite direction ofmanagement office and would have added another 30 to 45 minutes onto our already lengthy Drive south.
