This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The cottage is beautiful and well maintained and the sunset view is beyond beautiful. The walk to the beach was just a couple min walk and the pool right around the corner. The host was very friendly and helpful. His communication skills went above and beyond. Awesome beach house!

This was a great beach house for our family of 9! It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Easy access to the beach and pools. We loved the ICW view and spent a lot of time on the deck and patio enjoying that and the sunsets. The owner was easy to communicate with and took care of a minor issue as soon as we got there. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway for Family of 5

The property is in a beautiful, quite setting on the waterway and only a 4 min walk to the beach. Very clean spacious property with comfortable beds. Perfect yard space for kids to play with a seating area for parents to sit and watch. Owner was very easy to work with and we plan to rent again.

The property was clean and the location was great. Indoor and outdoor furniture suited our family’s needs. Beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway and close to the beach. Overall a quiet and (and seemed like) a safe area. Would stay again if we decide to return to OIB next year.
