Corazón tecla de inicio está en el océano con vistas espectaculares. Estamos ubicados en el nivel superior de un edificio de dos pisos con todas las habitaciones de una sola planta, que incluye un ascensor para facilitar el acceso. Contamos con cuatro amplias habitaciones con cuatro baños, además de una ducha al aire libre. La gran cocina con electrodomésticos de primera línea y horno doble que tiene suficiente espacio para crear grandes comidas familiares / grupales que serán recordadas. Hay asientos para cuatro en el mostrador y la mesa de comedor de madera recuperada puede acomodar hasta 10. Hay un televisor en la sala de estar, mientras que los asientos se centran en el océano. El concepto abierto permite vistas al mar desde la cocina, el comedor y los espacios de estar. El porche cubierto es un excelente lugar para ver el mar y relajarse en la sombra. Esta casa es nueva para nuestra familia y hemos dedicado muchas horas a recuperar la belleza. Esperamos que lo disfrutes tanto como nosotros. (Este es el nivel superior de un edificio de dos unidades). Este invierno reconstruimos la cubierta lateral del océano y reemplazamos el piso en todas las habitaciones.

Perfect Location! Lot's of extras!

This was our third time staying here and we absolutely love it. The house has everything you need and more. I love that we don't have to haul all the beach paraphernalia because they have all you need to enjoy your vacation. Chairs, toys, umbrellas you name it! They even provide beach towels. We love being right on the beach and OIB is such a cute quaint and safe beach town. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family getaway for beach / race weekend

We chose this location for the abundant bedrooms/bathrooms and proximity to the beach where we came for a half marathon. This was a perfect choice for 6 adults and 6 kids. Gorgeous ocean views in a nicely finished, spacious setting. The easy access to the beach and included beach chairs, toys, etc. made this a no-hassle stay. Will definitely come back!

Family beach getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I along with our adult children and spouses, and parents (in their 80s) stayed with us. The ease to and from the beach was great! My father who is 81 and has COPD was able to utilize the elevator when he was feeling “winded”. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities : large kitchen and refrigerator, large dining table, comfortable living room, comfortable beds, large washer and drier, beautiful porch with rocking chairs and view of the beach, fire pit and corn hole, beach chairs with wagon to transport to and from the beach. The umbrellas were a little aged and breaking from salt water exposure and sand but we easily rented a shimbumi shade from the beach store down the street. I highly recommend this property!

Living on the Porch

Beautiful view of the ocean. Well maintained and equipped for a week of living on the beach and enjoying beautiful ocean view. Well equipped for our family of 8 and plenty of room for dinner with 9 other family members during our 35th year at OIB! Already made our reservation for 2025!

April Getaway

Loved everything about this stay. Super clean. Very well equipped. The fridge and freezer are commercial size. Tons of extra pillows and blankets and bath towels and beach towels. Mattresses were great. Elevator is a plus for this top floor unit. Backyard is amazing. Outside shower has hot and cold water. I would 100% rent again. Bath mats would be a plus. Only recommendation I have is to reorganize email with instructions for accessing unit. First instruct to 1. Take elevator or stairs to top floor where front door is located. 2. Key lockbox is located next to unit’s front door. The Instructional email we received, followed by signage on ground level stating entrance was in the back, in addition to “other” lock boxes located in the backyard area, left us confused, after a very long day with many hours of driving. Both Mary and her son were extremely responsive however and we got it all squared away pretty quickly. Highly recommended!

Quick Trip

We only stayed two nights, but didn’t want to leave! The kitchen is STOCKED if you like to cook; tons of pots, pans, dishes, etc. (We went out to eat for our meals.) The back porch was our FAVORITE spot! The home also came with all the beach gear you could need. There were even beach umbrellas! The home had Kleenex and toilet paper and paper towels and hand wash; so nice to not have to worry about packing those things! The elevator was great for my 75 year old mother. There were only four of us, so the house had plenty of room. Even with more people, the house is perfectly spacious, with each room having its own toilet. Great feature! The beach has a TON of shells, so we were able to bring some home as a souvenir. We highly recommend Maria’s! We had pizza and calzones delivered our first night. We ate at Sharky’s the second evening, and enjoyed the shrimp pasta and views. Ocean Isle Creamery is always a yummy treat. The owner is so kind and extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to get together with friends and family

The house was cleaned, very spacious, and well-maintained and also great view of the beach (happened to see Sun rise and set from the deck). There was 3.5 bathrooms. We had a great time out there during the New Year celebration.

Family gathering

My children, grandchildren, and myself gathered for a couple days to celebrate our Christmas. The bedroom setup accommodated us perfectly and all beds were comfortable. The beach view is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and it is great to have all linens provided. The hosts were very responsive.

Excellent location and property

We had six adults staying here and never felt crowded. Everything was as advertised and very nice. Location was fantastic and nice job by Mary with all communications. Water pressure in the kitchen was very low and remember to bring your own soap and shampoo. Please don't expect the elevator to work as the parts have been on back order for many months.

Love OIB

Have stayed in various condos on OIB FOR 34 years. The property we had this year was the best! Right on the beach, gorgeous ocean view and a beautiful breeze all week long. How good? We've already reserved for next July! OIB is a perfect place for a family vacation.

Great View

Very nice house with a well equipped kitchen. Refrigerator was massive with a huge freezer. Anything you would ever need at the beach was a available for use (umbrellas, wagons, tons and tons of toys, chairs, surf boards, beach blankets, bikes and two small kiddie pools for use in the courtyard). Beds were comfortable as were all furnishings. Would have liked a tv in all bedrooms but a tv was in master and bunk bed rooms. Our weather was very hot and we were very comfortable without any issues keeping the place cool. No noise issues with people that stayed below us. Deck furniture is extremely comfortable and the top level gives a perfect view of the ocean. Courtyard area has a really good grill, nice fire pit, two outdoor showers and two sets of cornholes. Walk to the beach is effortless. We had 4 cars and a bass boat so parking was an issue but we were able to all park although tight.

Absolutely wonderful stay!!!

Great house/ condo. Everything was better than shown. Ocean front porch was beautiful and we all have wonderful memories congregating there. Close beach access right beside house. Was able to get our Mom to the beach in a beach wheelchair. Via that beach access. Loved every thing about it. Especially the host. Mary was the best!!!

Amazing vacation

The house looks like the pictures and better. Very clean and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels and linens. You can find everything you might need for a family vacation, including kids toys, beach wagons, bikes, sand toys and swimming boards. We enjoyed the beach panoramic view and accessibility to the Beach. Mary is very responsive and helpful. Will come back for sure.

Excellent location

This is the top unit and our stay was amazing. Condo had a beautiful view and great beach access that ran alongside the building. The private access was washed away by hurricane. There were tons of beach towels to use and the storage had lots of beach chairs, a beach wagon, bikes, and lots of other beach items. Was helpful since we flew. Would highly recommend and stay here again if we go back. Elevator was very easy to use! Thank you Dan & Mary.

Relaxing, Refreshing & Perfect

It’s my second time here. The first was with a womens group from church and it was so Perfect that I couldn’t wait for my husband to stay there too. We only had 4 nights but they were AMAZING!! Definitely will do it again! The beach, the porch with the view of the water @ sunrise is Amazing. Highly recommend this home( top floor) for your next gathering.
