This property is next to The Dunes Court and run by them as well. There are stairs instead of an elevator so keep that in mind. The room was smaller than an average hotel room but worked for me on a solo trip. The room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was small but efficient. The deck to sit out and enjoy the ocean air was comfortable. I stayed the beginning of June and there were a lot of college age persons who felt the need to run up and down the stairs/make noise in the room above me for several hours in the evening to early morning. So be aware that if it’s busy there could be a lot of noise at night from other guests. All of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all so friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again. Great hotel for a great price!!!

The place is dated but nice. It's close to the end of the boardwalk and steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. They own several hotels so check in and services are done at a different hotel as the main office was closed.

A very nice lower cost room

Beachfront room was spacious & comfortable, not luxury but not lacking anything. Staff were friendly & accommodating. As nice a place as you could want for the price! I recommend & would stay again.

The room needed to be painted. They mounted body lotion outside the shower. It was hard to reach without getting water all over the floor (slipping hazard). And was not mounted properly. When you pushed down on the plunger it would fall off the wall. Had to push back into the wall. Had to find the office. Not on premise. What a nightmare.

Confusing check in process

Extremely confusing check in process. There was no prior communication that check in is at another hotel a few buildings away. Other than that, the staff was friendly and restocked items without us having to ask.

Nice View. Not room!

The picture they show of the room is so deceiving. The rooms are so old. Bathrooms are tiny. The AC and air quality in the room was poor. It became so humid and damp it was uncomfortable for sleepy. Carpet was dirty which showed on the bottom of my socks. The first room they gave me there was an issue with the door knob, lock and key. After an hour I had to move to another room. I requested no house keeping through my 3 night stay but they came in on day 2 regardless!

The property had the smell of mold throughout. There were holes that were plugged up with toilet paper. As I am a disabled person I asked for a room on the bottom floor, and was given a room on the third floor, which meet my walking almost impossible.
