Bright and Beachy Oceanfront Condo - Linens included!

This first floor walkup condo has a beach cottage feel with all the modern conveniences. Load up your beach cart and spend all day chasing the sun (or kids!) between the pool and the ocean - they are steps away. An outside shower and a downstairs lockable storage closet means less sand and gear for you to worry about. Upon check in your linens will be fresh on the beds for you and hung on towel rods so that you don't have to bring them from home or unwrap expensive uncomfortable rental linens and spend the first hour of your vacation making beds (and this is included in the price of your rental without additional fee!) When the tides turn, settle in, watch TV or Netflix while you prepare meals on granite countertops in your fully stocked kitchen, and then have dinner watching the sunset from your private balcony. Blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, and contemporary bedding mean the sound of the waves will be the last thing you hear before blissful slumber. The Oak Island Golf Course is right across the street or hop on a ferry in charming Southport over to the NC Aquarium in Fort Fisher. Whatever you do, unplug the stress at home and plug in your vacation treat yo self mode!

We like walking into the smell of a clean condo (and like our guests knowing that it's been cleaned!) so we use scented cleaning products, FYI.

Beautiful view, great location, clean condo, and wonderful communication from hosts. Tons of beach gear, games, DVDs, and books provided. Large comfortable sectional for relaxing. The deck is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, and watching dolphins. Walk-in shower, washer and dryer, clean pool with lots of seating, and linens are wonderful additions. Great local restaurants. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this property.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It is clean, organized and well-stocked. The view of the ocean is wonderful and we relaxed a lot on the porch. The beds are comfortable, great furniture in the whole condo, and the bathrooms are clean. It is convenient to stores and places of interest in that area. The owners communicated so well with us. We will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend this property!

The condo was amazing! Condo very clean, comfortable and had everything that I needed. The sunrises/sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. I stayed for an extended period of time and owners checked on me during the cold weather and snowstorm to make sure I was fine and didn't need anything. I stayed by myself and felt safe the whole time. Would definitely stay here again-only wish I could stay longer. Thank you Brandon & Stuart!

This is a perfect condo for a couple or a family. We have visited this condo for the 3rd consecutive visit to Oak Island, most recently in May,2026. There are many reasons that we have booked this condo repeatedly. It is very well equipped, always immaculately clean, very comfortable and relaxing, a great view of the ocean from both decks, perfectly located to the beach and the pool. If you plan to cook, the kitchen has everything you might need. It is a convenient location to many great destinations from just a short jaunt to being a great base for a half day or day trip. It’s also a wonderful day if you don’t want to leave the island or even drive anywhere. Each visit everything is exactly as we expected - perfect and never with any issues. The hosts are the best! Communication with them is excellent. We plan to book this condo for our next visit and, hopefully, for all future visits to this Coastal area.

We had a great 3-night stay at the Caswell Beach condo! The view is amazing - you can see both the pool and the beach from the balcony. Perfect for relaxing, reading a book, enjoying a drink, or whatever comes to mind! If the weather isn't cooperating, the living area has a large sectional couch and television that is super modern and comfy. The couch even has power outlets!The condo was clean and well-organized with everything we needed for our stay. Instructions for stay (locks, remotes, parking, etc.) were well-organized and complete. Additionally, Stuart and Brandon were great hosts who checked in via email/text to be sure we were settled in and that all was well.The condo was perfect for us, and we recommend it for anyone visiting the Oak Island and Caswell Beach area.

Great condo, location and hosts!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway with our 3 month old son for his first beach trip! Perfect location right on the beach and less than a mile walk to the pier and restaurants. Stuart and Brandon were excellent hosts and very responsive!
