Great house, great location, easy rental. The only problem was the cleanliness. The floors were dirty and there were ants in the kitchen. I believe that was because there's food leftover in the cabinets from the previous renters that the cleaners obviously did not throw away.

The home is great, but for the second time we arrived at the home without any air conditioning. It was fixed quickly, but it was frustrating to have to deal with this as soon as we arrived. The same thing happened when we stayed at this home 2 years ago. After it was fixed, though, the home was great. Great location, great covered porch, great kitchen, great layout.
