Staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The front desk was helpful and the GM was seen around the hotel and suggested good restaurants and things to do. Only bummer was we couldn't watch the Bills game because no local channels came in.

Our room was very nice, full of character, though we were here in late December and heater worked fine for the seating area but left the bed area a bit chilly. Staff was nice and breakfast much appreciated.

The stay was fine. The $100.00 deposit they charge is ridiculous and maybe it should be mentioned on your site. I will never stay there or anywhere in Albuquerque NM again. Apparently it’s a problem there
