The room was dirty upon arrival with wads of hair in the bathroom floor & pubic hair IN THE SHOWER! We reported this to front desk, were given keys to second room & it was in the same condition. We returned the keys & asked for a refund.

Room was awful, we worked in to a ladies shorts,under wear and sanitory pad stuck behind the bathroom door. But check in agent cheked us in and said no other rooms were available when we asked for room on a different side of the building but after us finding the clothes in room 144 we went back and somehow there were rooms available and were put in room 241. Check in agent seemed less bothered and no care given to the fact we were just trying to get some sleep since we were just in transit from Texas to Seattle
