Hotel was good but security is terrible there are no cameras outside on the property. We parked our truck and 5x8 trailer during our stay and someone cut the lock off our trailer and stole our luggage, our gifts from our trip to Colorado, our personal items, purse, medications for our parents and other items. Don’t stay at hotels that don’t care to protect you. It is not the staffs fault but the hotel chain themselves. The manager and staff very nice but nothing they can do and reported it was an ongoing problem.

My son and I stayed for one night at Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport. We have stayed at these Hotels before in San Antonio. Everything was great at this location. The room was clean, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was great and offers a good variety. I'm not sure why the bad reviews. Front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and the property and vehicles at night are safe. Location is quiet and good place to stay and rest. I highly recommend Hyatt Place.
