This rental stated it had a washer & dryer as amenities, but this was false. We asked where they were located, the host gave us directions to the nearest laundromat. She was out of town for all our stay but the last day, & that's OK. She said we could use her washer once she returned for a cost of 5 euros. Check in did not go smoothly as we did not have the gate & keybox codes when we arrived. Communication with the host was sporadic as she could only convo thru vrbo & did not want to text or talk due to the cost. Eventually we finally got the codes to access the rental. They perhaps should have been provided via vrbo convo once final payment went thru. Frig was unplugged & took a very long time to cool properly to store food we had with us. Just prior to leaving US for this rental, host asked if we wanted to use the jacuzzi, & it would cost 20 euros per hour. This cost should be stated up front in the listing for all prospective renters to know. Two musty towels provided for 2 guests. No hand towels to dry washed hands after toilet use. Apartment had a bit of a musty odor throughout.
