The house has two bedrooms in very good condition, each with a 140 x 200 cm double bed. There is a bathroom with shower and a WC. The bright living room opens onto a terrace and enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying the sun and al fresco dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped (cooker, oven, gas hob, fridge/fridge-freezer, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, full range of utensils) and also has a washing machine and a tumble dryer/drying rack. Individual electric heating and hot water via electric water heater. For your comfort: television, smoke detector, duvets and pillows provided.
