Perfect House for a weekend with friends

The house was exactly as listed and you couldn't beat the easy access to the beach. There was plenty of space for everyone and the house was great for cooking and dining with a big group.

Perfect for our group

The house was clean and has a great open layout. It is also the perfect location for access to the beach. We were a little disappointed that we had to skim the pool ourselves before we could use it but that doesn't take away from the overall positive experience that we had. We did express that concern when we checked out and trust that it will be corrected.

Amazing Place

We had a mini family reunion planned and wanted to be close to the beach. This place was extremely clean, well taken care of, 1 min walk to the beach with great views and a great location. We had 13 people there and never felt squished. We had children who LOVED the pool and the ocean and was great to be able to have those options. We had toddlers, small children, adults and were never bored with plenty of activities to do just a few minutes away. Would highly recommend this for a larger family gathering!

The house has 4 bedrooms with two queen size beds in each bedrooms perfect fit our 8 golfers, the pool was a nice addition. The beach is located just across the street, amazing view! I would recommend it.

Great house for golf trip

Our golf group of 8 loved the place. 4 rooms and four baths worked great. Everyone had their own bed and were comfortable. The pool was great to hang out and the location was was awesome for the beach and nightlife.

FANTASTIC TIME

We had a wonderful time at the property! It was so spacious and we were able to spend time together just hanging out and playing games. The beach access was wonderful, right across the street, and it is close to everything. We were able to walk to shops/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect house for our group

We had a group of 10 ladies there for a retreat. The accommodations from the large dining room table, multiple seating options in the living room, each bedroom had a bathroom and all the seating on the large porches were perfect for our group. Great parking area for all our cars and the ocean view was spectacular.

Beach Vacay!

Great family time at the beach. Easy beach access right across the street from the house. The pool and kiddie pool was enjoyed by kids and adults alike. A small maintenance issue was handled promptly with a friendly maintenance worker. Issue with large freestanding ice maker, but the refrigerator ice maker was quite adequate for our needs and kept up very well.

Great location

House was not the cleanest. Pool light was out. Called Monday for repairs and maintenance stopped and checked breaker box after I told them we already did check the breaker. They said they would be back Tuesday no one showed all week. Other maintenance repairs but no show so we just made the best out of it .

Awesome location

The location and the pool were the 2 best parts of our family’s stay. The pool guy came frequently to clean the pool, it was the best looking pool compared to our neighbors. The condo location is right across the street from the public beach access. The street that we had to cross was not too busy and we felt pretty safe crossing the street with the kids (youngest were 10,11 and 12). The kitchen was stocked with the necessary kitchen supplies, beds we comfortable. There was no hair dryer though, so being one if you need it. The only two complaints my family complained about was the nasty, fish smell coming from the refrigerator, no matter how much we sprayed and cleaned it it was still strong from day 1 to day 7. I messaged maintenance day 1 with no response. Second complaint was the many roaches we found throughout the condo.
