Spacious house!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is quite big. All rooms very spacious. Huge kitchen! So many cabinets and drawers unfortunately nothing in them. I have been in better equipped houses, but we made due. The house is in need of some tlc. Ripped screens, dining room needs some work on the walls and chairs. Great location for beach, 1 block away. Pool clean. Overall a nice property just needs a little work

May Family Reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our entire family had a wonderful time at Promises Fulfilled. It had just the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms to meet our needs. And the open spaces of the living room and kitchen were great for gathering. We enjoyed the pool and the location of the home was very convenient. Our only concerns were that a portion of the couch was broken prior to our arrival and a few of the vertical blinds were missing slats that made it concerning for the bedrooms.

Vacation with family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a lovely layout though we did have some concerns; the floors were dirty making our socks and feet dirty. Pans were dirty, we had to wash before use, hot water was not enough for all of us to take morning showers, there was papers under the recliner, unswept; one recliner is broken.

Family Beach Week

Property was very well kept with only a few minor items that could be easily addressed. Elevator was extremely convenient considering the kitchen and main living space were on the 3rd floor but only a minor inconvenience and a lot of stairs.

The house was great. Having to drive to a separate location to pick up/drop off the keys isn’t the most convenient but the house itself was great

Promise fulfilled!

A beautiful house! The kitchen was the perfect size to make our Thanksgiving meal for 16 people. We liked the layout of the house (main living area is on the top floor) and we really appreciated the elevator. The beds were comfortable, too. North Beach Vacations was great to work with as well.

Great House and Location

House was great. Large enough for the whole extended family. Pool was just the right size for everyone to cool off and it is was just a short walk to the beach - less that a block. Porches were used daily for enjoying time with family. Elevator was a life saver for some of our older family members and the garage was spacious for multiple cars. We would definitely consider staying here again.
