"Quiet and roomy. Lovely beach front views and access. The furnishings, fixtures and appliances were clean but wear and tear was obvious throughout. Great value for the cost. I would definitely return again. "

This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach. The curmudgeon personality was not at all acceptable. Otherwise our stay at the Fenwick was delightful. "
