Some lacking and mgt company slow responding
The property is nice but is lacking:`
The property management team never answers the phone and will keep you on hold for several minutes before putting you to vm. IF you call after 4 or 5pm do not expect a call back until the next day. Same for email. Nothing until next day. Had one key and had to ask for another key but once again the mgt team did not get back to us until next day. So we had two families with two separate cars. Meaning we could not go our separate ways.
The key to the house locks you out automatically. Meaning if you go out, you can't just walk back into the house. IE: We went out without the key and the kids were sleeping and one was in shower.. Could not get in without the one key. Basically locked out. There is NO manual or guest book. They just give you a link and the link to operate stuff is quite bad and vague. Meaning they have SMEG appliance and we had to google on our own how to use.
The dishwasher was broke and had maintenance come to fix. He fixed and the sprayer fell out again the next day and didn't work. Hot water didn't work the first 3 days in the master bedroom. They gave us 5 very very cheap beach chairs and two of them were broke. Very poor quality. No pool toys which when your traveling from another country who wants to bring. (How about some cheap noodles. No beach toys. Had to buy two shovels that are 99 cents home and 20 each. Left them at house and should keep for next renters.they don't. No outside table to eat.
