Located in gated community called Palma Real is quiet and only a few minutes drive to downtown Palm Beach with its shops, beaches, cinemas and night-life, or a 10 minute walk. The complex has two pools, children's pool and playground. There is 24/7 security and two parking spaces in front of the villa. A small grocery store, several excellent restaurants and banks are around the corner.

Best choice for Palm beach

We’re happy to have rented the house. It is well maintained, clean and fully furnished. Close walk to the beach, restaurants and boutiques. However, all shopping malls in this Palm beach area are closed permanently. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one week stay in this house while seeing beautiful Aruba. Highly recommended! Harry

Spacious, clean accommodations

This property/company was new to us, as our usual one was booked up, so I was a bit apprehensive, but it turned out to be very good. The price was very reasonable for such a lovely, spacious unit. We brought my brother along; he had his own bedroom and bathroom which was very nice. The place was very clean. (I did windex inside the windows in livingroom and kitchen, since mostly the blinds are down one might not notice, but I liked them up. I just had to clean them...that's just me...lol.) The kitchen had most of what we needed for cooking. It was nice to have the coffee maker and the large fridge, stove, and oven which we used a lot. The house is very quiet with solid walls and doors. Lots of great closet/drawer space with sufficient hangers (Appreciate that). I especially loved the large bathroom sinks which made daily washing of swim suits easy. Nice drying line out back. We enjoyed the front patio & awning as we sat out most mornings for breakfast. Loved all the fans for cooling since we don't like too much A/C. The beach chairs were much appreciated!! The pools are very nice: lots of deck chairs and a fun water slide. The residents and renters in the community were very friendly as well. Guyson was friendly and helpful at gate security. Great location. Easy walk to the Palm beach shopping area, high rise hotels and beaches. Also great having Linda's, Munchies and Bingo's just across the street and the 180 convenience store down the road. We'd love to return!
